Room, location, breakfast in this order.

Hotel restaurant was no longer open for dinner. Restaurant staff did not ask patrons to wear masks while fetching food from buffet. Not only did they not wear masks, they kept talking to each other too. Staff should enforce masking and stop risky patron behaviour. .

Spacious quadruple room and good location with a MRT Station downstairs. The breakfast was considerable good with varieties.

Clean rooms, nicely appointed and located near where we needed to be. Tim at the front desk was very kind, as were the rest of the staff. They even recognized my birthday!

Beds are hard as rocks. Not comfortable if you are used to an engineered mattress. Also, no slippers or bath robes. for a 4 star hotel, these are essential.

Just at the top of a MRT station. No need to bring umbrella if you go straight to MRT.

A bit improvement on the breakfast variety, a to-go cup for coffee would be better. Also I found a foreigner that asked for any bread (for toast) around 9:30am but the staff said no more toast.

Room, bathroom, shower. The soap and shampoo are great. The room Is always clean. The room is quiet.

I did not like the breakfast. After the second day,the foods are non appetizing anymore. On the third morning, i can only have coffee and bread.

Great facilities, excellent value.

Room cleaning should be done automatically - not ‘by request’. Corona ought not be used as an excuse in this context anymore…

The location is great, right above the MRT station.

The room could be freshened up a little bit.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff (especially Johnson and the manager, Kevin) were helpful and explained everything very well. Breakfast was great, too.
