The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff, especially Jasmine went above and beyond for us! I can’t commend them enough for their dedication to their Employer. The room was ideal for us (3 adults). Shower was also amazing! The towels were replenished every morning on request. The interior of the hotel is up to date. The selection of breakfast was great, we could not fault the food quality or selection. We would absolutely stay here again without a shadow of a doubt. The property was slightly out of Borehamwood, 15-20 minute walk but the hotel were always very happy to have a taxi organised for us.

The price of the breakfast was on the higher scale of things (£17.50) which we found a little overpriced however, the selection and quality of the food was up to par. There was also a spin the wheel at reception with the chance to win a gift/discount/ free drink etc however we were informed that this was for Hilton Honour Top Tier guests only which was slightly disappointing. It would be great to have this for everyone to take part. It would be a great addition for guests.

💚 The room was in a good size 💚 The mattress was very comfortable (I have extreme disc problem and always worried about the bed as I prefer firm one which in this stay it was one of the best) 💚 The toilet and shower was very clean 💚 Happy to change the room straight away for us by the receptionist following my little baby found a tablet and put it on her mouth. She probably found it from the most hidden place however the staff was very helpful changing our room. 💚 Very kind birthday surprise cake slide for our little one in the morning at our breakfast table and at night when we returned to our room. 💚 All the staff were very kind and hospitable

🖋️The toilet didn’t had any fan, so improving ventilation or having sprays and scents can be helpful. 🖋️Maybe extra check when hoovering the room specifically if the guest has a baby who might crawl on the floor.

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional and warm hospitality demonstrated by the staff, particularly Mohammed Najim and Mary. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, leaving me with a lasting and positive impression. Their outstanding service is the primary reason why I would eagerly return to this property and highly recommend it to others.

Overall, my experience at the property was great, but I must admit that I was a bit disappointed that there was a fee for the car park. It would have been nice if it was included in the booking price. However, despite this small inconvenience, I still think the property is worth staying at and would recommend it to others.

It's a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly. I was put into the wrong room initially. However, was compensated with two free drinks. I did think my bags would be moved for me however I had to get them from the wrong room and move them to the right one. It was not an easy task as I had quite a few due to getting married the next day. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

I expected the room to be much bigger. Its quite misleading on the website. Between the bed and the TV there wasn't much space. I was hoping for ample space due to prep I needed to do for the wedding. The room was quite dark and as i was on the ground floor I couldn't really open my curtain. I did at first but then saw two men walk past so had to keep them closed most the time. Even with all the lights on it was quite dark

The room was very spacious, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly but polite and professional. Always spaces in the car park. Location was perfect for travel into Borehamwood or surrounding towns.

The shower cubicle was so small it was sometimes difficult to turn around and my wife and I are slim people. The hotel does not have a quiet policy so at night and early in the morning there were inconsiderate guests just letting their doors slam shut on leaving their room. Considering the hotel was not in the town centre there was a charge for parking, othe hotels we have stopped in in a similar location do not charge to park there.

Room was great, good size, great to have a hairdryer and iron and ironing board available without needing to request. Shower had great water pressure and good temperature. Full length mirror and plenty of surfaces for getting ready. TV had many great channels inc radio stations. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided. Good breakfast, buffet style with so much choice! Hot food (full English), continental (pastries), bread for toast, variety of spreads, cereals, juices and hot drinks. Also gluten free options available and kept separate. You can also order breakfast items e.g. poached eggs. Staff very helpful and friendly and offered us a free drink at the bar on arrival. Loads of parking spaces so no need to worry about finding a space!

Could have done with more places to hang towels in the bathroom. Bed was a bit small but we do have a king at home so a double felt a bit cramped - but quite comfy anyway and just personal preference! Shower cubicle was quite small, would have been nice to have a bath. Window in bedroom didn't seal properly so the traffic noise next to the A1 was quite loud, especially as it was raining.

Staff and parking was good. More posters regarding parking in the back would be nice. Very well lit and great use of lights.

The A/C isn’t great. The thermostat is apparently the radiator which is by the window and the room isn’t cold. Specially when all the rooms are full the body heat is unbearable. Would be nice for the staff to offer a bedroom with a bath tub. The shower isn’t the best as you don’t get pressure water. The sink is to big and the tap dripping does go as far as half the sink so your always leaning in.

I recently had the opportunity of spending one night in a hotel, and I must tell that I was very pleased with the whole thing. I felt completely at home as soon as I arrived because to the staff's exceptional friendliness. The room itself was quite tidy and well-kept. After a long day of travel, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, making for the ideal night's sleep. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided, and the bathroom was spotless and fully supplied. The hotel staff's attention to detail was one item that truly caught my notice. My room was meticulously cleaned, and the hotel's common areas were also kept in spotless condition.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff at reception and in the restaurant who responded efficiently and promptly to all requests and enquiries. Good size and comfortable ensuite double room with modern amenities. Great breakfast options, including cooked and continental. Very attentive restaurant staff who were very efficient in meeting individual needs of guests on a very busy morning.

Very big hotel with a confusing layout and room numbering! Got lost a couple of times trying to figure it out.

My daughter and I found it to be very clean and spacious. The room was a good size and the bathroom and bedroom were spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The curtains didn’t close fully which let light in in the morning. We would have liked a different variety of eggs at breakfast as both my daughter and I are unable to eat dairy. Also, my daughter is 6 and the basin, taps and wall hanging soap dispenser were not in arm’s reach for her, which made it quite difficult for her when washing her hands. one of the bedside lights was missing and therefore unable to be used at night. There were no extra blankets in the wardrobe and the duvet was rather thin and not that warm.
