The staff were the best especially Sara on reception who dealt with our room booking problem. She made sure it was sorted ,thank you again. All staff were helpful as the room maid did help too when we asked her . 10 out of 10 to all staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Location was perfect as tube station was a 7 minute drive away. Restaurant and coffee houses next door for refreshments in.

The room was not especially clean , carpet needs hoovering around wall edges. Bathroom expel air conditioning can not have worked for a long time as black damp marks on the ceiling and condensation was all over the mirror. Bedroom window was wood and rotting. Also no towel radiator in bathroom which is strange as it's not a old building

Location was fantastic as I didn't have far to travel to get to my destination, the carpark was ideal and I didn't have to pay for it. There was some good facilities including toilets, takeaways and rest areas.

There was only 2 slight problems, the first being you only get 1 pillow per person in your room,I did ask for another one but unfortunately It never came, and the second problem was the breakfast- it states that it costs £10.00 per person for breakfast but in actual fact the breakfast is only £7.49 per person so booking puts on a little extra charge to cover their costs but this is not specified.

its out side of London City but like a subarb, need taxi or car to reach nearby towns/train stations St. Albans City (walking not possible but bus no.84 from a bus station White Hart at a walking distance of 12 minutes can take to) , Potters Bar (Walking Distance 25 minutes, google maps will show 45 minutes as we tried during morning walk schedule) , Elstree & Borhemwood (by self driving car 12 minutes) . All nearby towns have good restaurants and connections to London. But the Ramada itself is into a welcomebreak area which has starbucks,subway,whiterose,burgerking, a gamezone and a grocery nearby. There are fields at the backyard like small bird park, and a discounted pizza express is really refreshing.

Tough to say. But ya ,no cupboards.

1)We didn't not get a bathtub and requested during booking 2) The fan in our room 202 was not circulating appropriately 3) The Florescent light in the bathroom was flinching which can cause migraine though we complained and was told maintenance don't work weekend but the front staff( Sara) was really nice to help us resolve the situation, which we really appreciate. 4) we window has small mould room 202 5) I was expecting a buffet breakfast but NO 6) The room need and air conditioner or proper fan

Sara and Federico are the best thing this hotel has to offer, they make the perfect team. It is difficult to arrive at a hotel and feel like at home, right? Well here, thanks to these two people it is like that. There is never a lack of a sincere smile or a "How are you?" Simple but practical rooms. Maybe they should put lighter and more neutral tones (personal opinion, of course) and but for the price it's OK. Thank you Sara, thank you Fede, you are the winning horse of that company.

There is no restaurant inside the hotel! Although there are some fast food restaurants in the service area next door and there is even a microwave

Wanted pillows and extra duvet was told had none but will check. Needed it coz it was cold and I needed extra neck support as there were only two very flimsy pillows. Felt I was not treated well. The evening staff were very frosty and unwelcoming and the day one was just blatantly rude. But I like the location and you can be good value for money. But I take it as it is.

Staff not so welcoming, have asked for extra pillows and bedding in the past and have always been accommodated but this time it felt like a really big deal which it should not be.

The hotel was convenient, clean and a good stop for 1 night.

I'm unhappy that when I booked - for 1 person - I paid for breakfast to be included. This was an extra £20, which I thought was steep at the time. When I got there I was advised that breakfast was in the service station. I then found out the breakfast cost £8.99! So I would like to know why I was charged £20 on booking. I would be grateful if someone could refund me the difference. Normally if you pay up front or breakfast you would either expect it to be discounted or at the very least be the price of a breakfast. I certainly don't expect it to be more than double. It was the 1 major downside of my visit.

I must admit i dont really do reviews but it was really good actually the stais and lift didnt look like much but the room was really nice it was really nice the fact that im not a lover of the heat but there was a fam placed in there the day receptionist sara actually seemed to give a dam as when i needed anything she would help asap it was quick and easy to findout any info i needed the cleaning team was polite and didnt snoop they just popped in did what they had to a left.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel that wasnt my fault like distance to my destination but thats my fault

The lady at the customer service called Sarah was exceptionally great in making our stay comfortable and convenient. Her understanding and attitude met our expectations and I'm mentioning her name because of things she did- example- even changing our room for a more convenient one. Hope to visit again.

The payment was taken before our arrival, and that created a bit of inconvenience as we wanted to use a different card on arrival. But in all it was a great place to be.

The property is located at a quiet location near the motorway at South Mimms. There are few eating joints - (KFC, Burger King, Pizza Express, Subway) and a grocery very close to the property. The staff is great. Special mention Ms. Sara at front desk, a very hardworking and dedicated professional, she and her team will ensure all the guest requirements are fulfilled.

The non-availability of public transport. It's an issue to find Uber or Bolt nearby, even at good times it will take 15 to 30 mins to get a taxi. However, you can call for ataxy from reception but ensure to book in advance and payments are cash only.
