Holiday Inn T5 is. a hub hospitality facility, well trained staff and everyone works at being helpful and friendly. Security guard in the front adds of course an important part to feeling safe there. It's a hub for airline company's staff. Breakfasts were well run and their coffee was exceptional in flavour. Machines are multi-designed with every type of coffee that can be made. Eggs? still the steamed variety. not my favorite style. other chains offer additional fried eggs , more my choice. Very well presented clean up crew so that there is not a pile up of unsightly dishes . Croissant are very good. Scan cards add to security for access to the upper floors. Hot water showers were plentiful.

Rooms with connecting doors are susceptible to guests toying with that door and it's annoying to listen to that happen when you are on the other side. The ventilation system is a bit crafty and we taped up the vent during our stay. it was a bit unmanageable. But we got a heater installed as the nights were cold. Holiday Inn T5 does have a sporty night club on weekends so that adds some external noise, but no big deal. Overall the sounds penetrate through the front doors with noise from the hallway. But the elevators are protected with scan -cards. My room didn't have fridge just the kettle for boiling water.

Positive experience, attentive staff I had an impromptu overnight stay to allow myself an easier early morning rise to catch a flight from LHR. I found the receptionist Kamila very helpful and accommodating from the start. Being unfamiliar with the location of the hotel, she helped me out by telling me which local bus to catch that would drop me directly outside the hotel, and I was also able to check in early. The room was spacious, clean, with tea and coffee making facilities, and good WIFI. I enjoyed a tasty meal in the evening, and a very good night sleep. There was also a handy e-shuttle service to the terminal that is bookable in advance in the hotel reception area. Only £9.90 for a one way trip (shared vehicle) from the hotel to the airport terminal building.

We thought the hotel was nearer the actual terminal, but it is a taxi ride away.

When we arrived, we were allocated a room that was a little 'whiffy' to say the least (Room 123)! However, when we asked to move rooms, the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful, apologetic and accommodating. Our new room was clean, spacious and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5, with a WeKnowLondon shuttle available for seven pounds each; book online for best deals. 24 hour M&S in garage over the road. Buffet breakfast is good.

Loved our stay here, and came back a few times because of travel plans involving Terminal 5! Counter staff friendly, accomodating and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5 with shuttle transport available for seven pounds each. 24 hour M&S over the road at the garage, and we found a walking trail, next to the Queen Mother Reservoir, towards Datchet, which meant we weren't just trailing the busy streets around the hotel. Check out is 11am and you can also negotiate a later check-out time if needed.

Smoking area outside the hotel is too close to the entrance! Waiting for taxis is not fun, and the revolving doors bring the smoke inside.

Reception team was exceptional! They took care of everything I needed. Bar staff was super friendly as well and family oriented. Everybody seemed to have lots of patience with babies and kids, one of the bartenders even offered my son an apple juice! Brakfast was also lovely.

Housekeeping team. Towels were dirty so didn’t use them. I stayed for 2 nights and I know they are meant to change bedsheets after the 2nd night but ours got dirty after the 1st night and it hasn’t been changed. The head cleaner came across as abit rude she just came at my door with the other room attendant and she asked “you want service or not?” As if it waa my fault that they didn’t get to clean the room until 2PM( I was out at 9:30 and came back at 12:30 cause I had to put baby to sleep)

convenient location close to Heathrow T5, great free breakfast included and comfortable rooms beautifully clean. We used the bar for a drink and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. There is parking which is part covered which was handy with the snowy conditions.

Paying extra for the parking, £16 for an overnight parking charge felt expensive when we were staying and drinking in the hotel

The bed was comfy, television worked fine, customer service was great, clean room

shower was quite cold even when turned on, one of the plug sockets didn't work, funny noise all throughout the night from the aircon even when turned off, hallway carpets needed cleaning, car parking was cramped, breakfast - water for tea facilities was brown and was not like it was boiled, scrambled egg was a funny taste, cutlery was dirty

1. Food and beverages. Free breakfast comes with the stay. Quuite a bit of choices from bacons, sausages, baked beans, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cornflakes, juices, coffee, latte, choco, mocha and etc. even got soya milk for my daughter who was allergic milk. 2. Staff who were friendly and ever willing to assist. 3. Room service who changes and makes up the bed and replenishes the consumables everyday. 4. Only set back is dinner. Limited choices of ala carte.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was surprisingly quick despite the lobby being full of guests. The buffet breakfast was great - a really good choice of food and drink. Travel from Heathrow airport is reasonably inexpensive and relatively straightforward, either by no. 4 bus from airport or shared e-shuttle back to airport. Full-price taxis are expensive.

I would have liked a reasonably-priced shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel. It was difficult to find out how to get to and from the hotel without paying a lot of money for a taxi, although on my 2nd visit I knew what to do.
