I had a marvelous experience at the front desk when I came to check in. The lady assisting me, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. professionalism and helpfulness stood out, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my needs were met. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, thank you

I admire the enchanting beauty of the trees that surround Jamaica Palace, creating a serene and picture perfect environment. The impeccable service provided by the staff adds a layer of comfort and luxury, making me feel truly special. The food was delicious with diverse range of flavors. Additionally, the building itself is a masterpiece.

Good ambiance Clean surroundings Trainee staff in the restaurant were pleasant and moved about briskly Playing the Happy Birthday song for one of the guests was a very nice touch Stay was pleasant and the ambiance was good

1) Vegetarian options limited 2) The boiled banana at breakfast was tough and tasted like it was cooked the day before and reheated. 3) The trainee staff were quite pleasant. Some of the more seasoned looking staff moved about in a lazy way. They seemed to be either tired or not caring too much about their job. 4) Rooms need a coffee/tea maker. Especially if you are not a breakfast person and just don't want to get out of bed to go to the dining room. 5) At least 2 rolls of toilet paper should be in the bathroom 6) Bedroom door should have a second lock or a door chain for added security 7) Room 37. The bathroom door could not be locked. the latch at the top of the door could not reach the latch insert

The Jamaica Palace is our favorite go to hotel in Port Antonio. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is complete serenity, the lobby is elegant, the breakfasts artistic and delightful. Shout out to Morgan who made our birthday guy feel so special, and our attentive breakfast guy server 💖 Highly recommended this place for your special getaway.

There were some unpleasant mixup for our room change because of a noisy neighbor. We were told we could change rooms later and have the next door room. We were later told during our beach outing that we had to return immediately and were not going to be put in the room we asked for. It was eventually sorted out by the Manager but the experience added a distasteful note to our trip.

We felt like royalty for a couple of days. We were greeted by the most pleasant  staff from we entered the property. The front desk staff ensured we got to our rooms with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We loved that it was to order and not buffet. Our server Ryan gave us 5 star service for 2 days. Overall, it was a great place for any kind of getaway

The only negative about this beautiful property is the fact that there was no Kleenex in our rooms, and the WIFI was very poor

The hotel has an amazing palace like structure, with well trained staff and large rooms. It is close to Port Antonio downtown (about 10 minutes by car) and 5 to 10 min alway from Frenchman's Cove Beach and Blue Lagoon spot. Taxis and other transportation options (such as vans) pass by in front of the hotel and they stop for you there, if you ask, making the location quite good. It has a great view and a beautiful garden, where you can have breakfast contemplating the nature.

The bathroom could be improved, with more pressurized water and height of the shower. There's no elevator, so if you stay in the first floor and have large luggage, you have to take them by stairs. Staff can help you (but they expect some tips).

it was quiet , serene and relaxing, the staff were welcoming and the food was amazing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The environment was spectacular and vast with beautiful art work surrounding the buildings. Pool was clean and towels provided. So nice I have recommended to my daughter who is travelling next week.

Breakfast was included in the room rate however if you wanted a drink or dinner you had to go to order at the bar or restaurant then go to reception to pay then return to bar/restaurant to give them receipt which was a bit annoying if you wanted more than one drink. It could be charged to the room and a total bill paid on departure.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The food was amazing. I have a very picky eater, and he enjoyed breakfast and dinner. This was to be a one day/night outside our vacation home for my then 9 y/o son on his spring break. We ended up spending 2 nights. He enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dinning. I enjoyed the scenery from the balcony and outdoor spots. I've recommended this hotel. I'll be back for sure.

The facility was very clean and quiet. The staff was exceptionally polite and welcoming.

The quantity for breakfast was too minimal. You have to order more than one thing on the menu so that you can get sufficient food. The price for food at the restaurant is too expensive. A thousand dollars for cranberry juice is too much. Had to buy lunch and dinner in the town.

The breakfast was exceptional and our waitress Lorise was super, it was four of us and we could not have asked for more. Value for money was a wow 10 out of 10 excellent. This was my second trip to Portland Parish and the first for the others. This is a hotel worth visiting anytime. I have never slept on a round bed before, I really like the uniqueness of this. Quiet and peaceful in paradise. The garden , the flowers , wow. We will be back and we will be taking others with us.

There was nothing to dislike, the compound was clean, the restaurant food and service excellent, workers excellent, excellent overall. You are talking to someone who has visited almost all the hotels in Montego Bay. This hotel is a most go to. I would like if it was an all inclusive and not only breakfast.

Receptionist was brilliant, nothing was to hard for her to do, always warm and receptive. The grounds are beautiful overlooking Turtle bay, very tranquil and peaceful. Absolutely loved the art displayed across the grounds and rooms some very unusual inspirations. Bedroom was great and liked the bathroom decor.

Breakfast should include both Continental and Traditional with the option to have more if required. It tasted great, but when asking for extras was told it was at an additional cost.
