The rooms were nice also the beds were pretty clean and comfortable.The daily room service was pleasant and courteous they replaced anything that was used so didn’t have to worry about anything in the room finishing.

So the food tasted good but there was a small serving size talking about lunch through dinner options want to see more creative Jamaican dishes was seeing too many American dishes also a much larger serving size of the food that you were given. Also I had to rebook my stay when I got to the hotel which took a hour wait don’t know if it was technical issues from the hotel side or Booking.com side I didn’t ask but to be fair on the hotel’s side they make it up with giving you complimentary drinks or breakfast the next morning.

Special thanks to the following persons who have made my stay exceptional without them I would be lost. They deserve a pay raise and more excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is what hotel guest look for and I am extremely happy I stayed here. This hotel was superb, great locations. Excellent service and wonderful staff, who were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was actually great and good value for money, even for kids. The spread has enough even for those of us who are vegan. Even though the pool was small it was perfect, with towels on hand and some cosy sunbeds. I was able to take some meetings by the pool and also some inside where there was a designated working area. For a hotel this size, the gym was actually really good. Nice size and well equipped.

The staff we were greeted by on reception were very friendly and welcoming. We were only staying for one night in transit for the airport the following morning, so we didn’t get to stay for long. The room was a great size and very clean/comfortable. I did use the gym early morning and it’s very well equipped, clean and well air conditioned. The breakfast in the morning was great. unfortunately we didn’t have much time to sit and relax as we had to dash to the airport but there was a great selection of food and what we did have was very tasty. Am happy to recommend the hotel.

I never got my holding fee back

It was nice that AC has Starbucks. Dinner was great. When I mentioned about my husband's birthday, they put small gift with staff signatures in the room. I appreciated it. Generally, it was a great stay.

I was more excited to celebrate my husband's birthday there. But there wasn't option to do decoration room or set up dinner table even with additional cost. Room had so much dust and some white paints were falling from the wall. Front desk and restaurant staff need to have same informations regarding payments for meals. I was indicated that all my additional services will be added to my room tab and will finalize it on my checkout. However, they sent me to each other and while I was taking nap, someone from restaurant called me and was little rude that I might leave without paying it and she asked me to make the payment at the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant to make payment, they sent me to the front desk.

The first day I had it wasn't too good I had literally no salt fish with my ackee. On the 1st the food was much better n taste better

As a former house keeper that work at 5 stars hotels in Jamaica and former Employee of morrott Grand vesta in Orlando fl we were thought to pay attention to detail. Everything was wonderful, but when I sat down on the coach my eyes caught the carpet either the vacuum was not working or it didn't vacuum well, but like I say I work for marriott and the standard is very high it's a hotel that I took pride in working for, and this is the land of my birth so keep up the good job so everyone can say the marriott in Jamaica is the best.

The hotel is lovely, really modern, clean, tidy, the vide is great. Food was great and service was spot on. I want to give Suelan Ford and her staff a very big and special thank you for making our last stay in Jamaica special for us. I would definitely visit again given the service and food that was provided this stay. If the type of service is kept up with its staying guests I can see this hotel growing and growing. Keep up with the excellent service.

There was nothing I was disappointed with on our second stay.

The breakfast was really good and I enjoyed the a la carte Jamaican breakfast too! Excellent. Great location, excellent facilities, very friendly and professional staff.

There wasn’t anything to not like! In the future I would say acquisition of the car park may open the opportunity to build Spa facilities and/or live music entertainment.
