The receptionist could talk quite well in english, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was very good and there was a pleasant smell. The hotel Is in a good position in Aomori, even if the city Is quite small.

The rooms were very small for 2 people, like the other APA hotels. The receptionist were not flexible in the check-in timing: we arrived at 1 p.m. and could not check-in before 4 p.m., but they've been very kind letting us leave our luggages in the hotel

APA provides you with all the facilities and amenities you need. The location is convenient to Aomori station, on a quiet street. We were backpacking up to Hokkaido and needed to stay somewhere for a night. We also had a huge load of laundry to do, and they provide an efficient washing & dryer. I remember the staff was really welcoming at the door!! :) That night there was a festival on, and we could hear the fireworks

If you're looking for cheap and cheerful that is close to everything, APA Aomori is a good option. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and train station. The room was comfortable and clean with free on new release on demand movies.

If you are driving you will need to use the local parking lots. They are automated and can be a bit confusing. I needed to use google translate to figure it out.

The choice at breakfast was very large, using also local products. Perfect for a short stay and value for money is ok.

If you have large suitcases to carry…, you have the feeling that the Hotel is a little bit far away from the train station. But from Aomori Station you can get very easy to the Airport by bus. Bathroom was outdated. The soap dispenser which was wallmounted, was unused and got mouldy.

A nice place to stay. The hotel is close to the Aomori Station 青森駅 and Aoiumi Park 青い海公園, just a few minute walk. I can see the Aomori Bay Bridge 青森ベイブリッジ from my room. Really nice view. The staff are nice and can speak English well. The room is tidy and clean. (There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel)

great rooms for one person, staff was extremely friendly, lots of amenities, decent tv, a nice desk, breakfast (you have to make sure you pay for a room with the breakfast included) was actually nice and not heavy, and the price was decent. lots of amenities for business men. very close walk to the water

bed was too soft, this place focuses heavily on male customers because the amenities for women are far less. please put brighter lightbulbs in the bathroom and around the desk mirror since we have to use those mirrors to apply makeup, etc., the room was a little hot

Biggest plus for this hotel is it's location. It's only a short walk from 5-10 minutes to the station, to the beach or coast and the more lively streets at night. The bed was really comfortable and next to japanese pillows there was also a western pillow given.

Room was clean. Free VOD on TV was great entertainment. Housekeeping was very neat and helped tidied up my bed even when I left it messy.

Location is a little off the main street and thus a little inconvenient. It had some steps to the entrance so it wasn't very friendly for luggage. Toilet was a little cramped and dated.

Room is much better compared to my stay a few years back. Back then the room lighting were very dim. Now it is much better, very bright enough.

The tap and shower pressure is low and flow is unstable.

Location was great. All staffs were nice. Breakfast is simply but varieties. Hotel have coin laundry. Hope to visit again.

Hotel Parking lot is limited but hotel staff will advise us to park at public parking nearby.
