Really nice atmosphere at this hotel. It was a great room with lots space. We had a view of the bridge and could see the sea. There was a free afternoon tea with yummy cakes and drinks. The breakfast was well presented with many choices of food. It was easy walking distance to the train station and we found lots of places to eat dinner. There seemed to be lots of great coffee shops who are doing expresso coffees and drip coffee. The hotel also had a laundry where I could do some washing.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

1) could have more washing machines. They had two coin washing machines and one of them could not be used for two days. they could improve or slightly modify their selection of free snacks once in a while. It is always the same snacks and drinks.

Very near to attractions such as A-factory, ASPAM and Gyosai center,Aji no Sapporo Oonishi, with a Lawson close by as well. The evening snacks from La Sera is very much appreciated as well. Love the back massager in our room View to the sea and ASPAM was great also

For some reason we only found out our Kei car can’t use the auto parking garage on that day. Parked in the ASPAM parking area but the fee is mostly taken care of by the hotel so it’s a small inconvenience overall. People may want to drop off your luggage before heading for the ASPAM parking as it is some distance away.

The room, although a little cramped for two people with the bed pushed against one wall, was always warm during the late autumn days. Bed was otherwise comfortable although the provision of one thin pillow was unexpected. The bathroom was clean and the shower facilities were satisfactory. Internet with a password was fine. The breakfast was a big plus with a wide range of excellently prepared mostly East Asian dishes. Food items were replaced quickly if they ran out. Staff were always helpful even if our lack of Japanese language was not easy for them.

The room was rather small for two people but this can be common in Japanese hotels as well as in some European countries. The bed pushed against the wall made a little more floor space available but it was awkward for the person sleeping against the wall. The lack of a safe in the room was disappointing. When we made the booking, we were not aware that a perhaps different level of accommodation in the hotel provides access to the dining area later in the day for drinks and snacks. Without having such a room, it appears there was no way to use this facility even if we wanted to pay for each time there.

The corner room was very big with lots of amenities, including our own coffee-machine. With this type of room came free afternoon snacks/seasonal sweets on weekdays. Very varied breakfast. Big bathroom. Close to the station and car rentals so it's perfect for exploring everything in and around Aomori.

Very big room, but hardly any storage for clothes which can be a little awkward if you're staying for more than three nights and don't want to live out of your suitcase.

The location is great. We stay for 1 night only with friends and family with 2 rooms. Rooms are clean and good in size with 3 suitcases. Staff in the frontdesk are very friendly and supportive. We enjoy our stay so much.

There is no complimentary parking with the hotel or even a temporary parking lot. We just dropped off by the roadside and then park nearby. However, there are plenty of car parking nearby in a few minutes hence it is not a big problem to us.

This place was amazing. The rooms are very small however stocked with anything you might need. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel had a special going while we were there, which was free drinks and nibble type food every evening from 4pm till 8pm. Very generous. Breakfast is buffet style with loads to choose from. Great location, close to railway and lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place.

Within walking distance from Aomori Station and bus terminus. Stayed the king corner room on the top floor. It had a panoramic view of the bridge and the bay. Quiet. Clean. Size enough for 2 adults and a large suitcase. Bed and pillow were supportive and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The amenities included the usual ones plus mouth rinse and facial masks. Very thoughtful. Besides, the room was equipped with Dyson hair dryer. Nice. Quite a few good restaurants nearby. Very convenient.

Front desk staff did not speak English. No safe box in the room. Only available at the lobby front desk.

Highly recommended hotel in Aomori. It has a great location, just a 10 min walk from the station. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Although it was difficult with the language, they helped me figure out how to get to a particular shrine. The breakfast is great. As it is buffet style, there is something for everyone.

The room itself was a bit outdated and could have been a bit cleaner. The windows had probably not been cleaned for a long time.

The breakfast was very good. There were many varieties of food, even sashimi and ice-cream. The location was excellent too, very central. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could put our luggage before check in and they loaned us a very nice and good quality umbrella because it was snowing quite heavily.
