Looovvee this place.. keyless and check in is so easy. Instruction is clear. It's spacious, clean, has kitchen, well prepared and neat amenities. Last but not least it is also close to the Beppu Station (about 5 minutes walking.). Close to Gloria Laundromat and public bath (if you want to experience that).

It will be better if they provide instruction manual in English for using the appliance, providing soap for the dishes and inform us on where to dump the garbages. Cleaning appliances will be appreciated so we could our room clean.

spacious. with a working corner for my husband to work at night. impressed with the washing machine! smooth checkin even if it is unmanned. there is a 7-11 nearby.

i wasnt expect it to be an unmanned hotel. it did not have car park, so u need to park your car elsewhere. and no lift. also, i arrived at night, there was no light at the entrance nor on the hotel signage, so i missed several times when walked pass the hotel.

The location is really good as it’s very close to Beppu station, you can get buses from there to the hell onsen and other sights. The bed was very comfortable and the staff responded quickly by message when we had a problem. There’s space for cooking, a washing machine and a spacious shower.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived. The sheets and towels were very clean but the surfaces hadn’t been wiped. Around the sink there was hair and the coffee table was sticky. On the evening we arrived we messaged them (it’s an unmanned hotel so there are no staff on site), and they replied very quickly and apologised. They came in and cleaned thoroughly the next day which was very good. However we did have to spend the first night and morning with dirt and we were only there two nights. The lighting in the room was also really bad so it was hard getting ready in the mornings. It would be good if they had brighter bulbs or more lamps.

everything especially the bathtub, abt 8-10 mins walking distance to the train station, a big supermarket nearby and you can bought some food to cook there

the washing machine's cover has some problems and is not working, although the staff did offer to come to check it out but we don't have time to stay there to wait them to come, we just take clothes to nearby laundry store. p.s. the panel in the room seems to have problems and I can hardly type letters on it, but it's ok if you don't use it

Spacious room and fully equipped. The location is nearby 7-11, only 1 min away.

There is 1 parking lot in front of hotel but the hotel suggest us to park at nearby parking lot. I arrived late at night and most of parking lot were fulled! The manual of room equipments in screen are not exactly matched with the model provided in the room. It’s quite difficult to use.

We had some issues with a broken door in our room, and the staff were promptly available to find a solution.

It was difficult to contact the staff. We called via the app on the tablet provided multiple times, but no one picked up. We had to google a number and use our phone to call before reaching anyone.

probably my fault but couldn’t get the water hot enough. electric control thing. so many onsen near by it didn’t really matter. room instructions not in English but easily worked out.

The location is within walking distance from Beppu station. The place is really lovely with private decoration. The interior is superb, and the vibe is outstanding.

Convenient location with great facilities. The hotel room had everything that I needed during stay such as a washing machine, refrigerator and etc. I’d love to stay here again if I visit Beppu.

Had some trouble getting into my hotel room when I first got there. But I was able to get the right passcode for my room door from the hotel customer support.
