Modern, clean apartments. Good location with a view of Mt Fuji.

Our room was on ground level so when we sat on the balcony, the barrier completely covers the Mt Fuji view. I saw from other traveller’s photos that the top level rooms did not have this problem so if you want a balcony view, ask for the first floor rooms.

One of the best views from any hotel room I have ever stayed in. You cannot beat the view of this place! We got to say "Good Morning" and "Good Evening" to Fuji-san right from our balcony! Definitely recommend asking the staff for a room on the second/top floor. The room was quiet big for 3 people and plenty of space for everyone to put down their suitcases. The location was idea because it was only 8-10 min walk from the main Kawaguchiko station. Which worked out very well for us, because the buses in this small town are limited, packed, and expensive. So walking from the main station worked out very nicely. I would 10000% stay here again!

The road from the main station to the accommodation are not that nicely paved, so it was hard to wheel 2 large suitcases on this road. Also there are no elevators, so you have to carry all your luggage up. However this is only a 2 story building and they have this small slide on the side next to the stairs to push and slide your bigger luggage up and down.

I loved everything about this property! The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the sofa area too. It was nice to relax, eat and watch TV there after a long tiring day. The shower was very comfortable and soothing. The toilet and shower area were conveniently separate. The apartment facilities and design was very thoughtful and accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay but it was booked so couldn't unfortunately. I would love to stay here again next time we visit Fuji mountain.

Perhaps the only thing was that we got the ground-floor apartment and Fuji mountain had a tree in front of it on the right side. From the top floor apartment, I think the view would be nicer.

View of Fuji was excellent. Parking convenient. Spacious room had all what a usual hotel room has. Good location, walkable to train station, also a short 5 min drive to ropeway station or lake cruise departure point, Fuji Safari park & Gotemba premium outlets are around an hour’s drive, Fuji Q amusement park can be seen from here & its a short drive getting there. Though this place has no staff on site, communication or getting info was easy through this app chat.

Just a slight bummer. Both bed heads had a layer of dust. The entrance area was also dusty. Both i had to give it a wipe. The entrance to the parking was easy to miss at night as it has no light. Located next to train track so the usual noise when train starts running in the morning.

The host spoke english and understood our needs. Instructions were clear. The place was very clean & easy to find - near fuji-q land. The place is new and there is a 7/11 nearby. But of course nothing beats the view of Mt. fuji early in the morning. This is more of a BNB house than a hotel. You can cook (there are utensils, microwave, mini ref). The toilet & tub are separate rooms which means one can poop while another takes a bath. I like that there is a dining / sofa and this can really fit 4 person in reality.

There were no coffee or tea but you can buy them at 7/11. We had to go out again since we didnt notice.

Fantastic location at easy walking distance from the main station and there are a lot of cafes, and a 7/11 next door. The room was very big and comfortable beds - very spacious. Super clean as well Best of all was the absolutely fantastic view of Mt Fuji right from our window and the charming balcony. Check in process was simple and efficient and the staff had sent detailed instructions for automatic check in.

Magnificent view of Fuji from the room. The place is supplied with all the latest stuff: air purifier, inductive hot plate worked well. A/C worked very well.

No English on the TV.

The view of the second floor leads you to that of Mt. Fuji. (On a good weather) One can also walk to the parking space behind the building to take in the scene. The hotel is within 10 mins to the station, within 5 mins to the 7-11, and within 2 mins to the nearest bus station, all of which make it very desirable.

Besides the fact that the apartment does not have an elevator and we had to drag our very heavy bag up and downstairs, the view and the size of the room totally made up for it! Just a 9min (flat) walk from the station, comfy beds and separated bath-hand washing-toilet room

I wish we knew the place didn't have an elevator, perhaps we could've left one of our bags at the station.

Location 10 minutes from Kawaguchiko station by foot. Direct view on Fuji from all rooms is magnificent. 10-15 minutes by foot from FujiQ. 2 minutes to convenience store (7Eleven) and 5 minutes to local supermarket. The size of the room is great.
