I really loved the overall look of the hotel. Everything was clean, sleek, and bright. You get a great centered view of Mt. Fuji. There are a few small buildings that make the view less clear, but that is to be expected. The patio includes chairs, so you can admire the view. I woke up and watched the sunrise on Mt. Fuji. Absolutely breathtaking. We wanted to see a bit more of the area and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags after check out while we explored. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the station and just a quick taxi ride. Would definitely recommend staying here!

short 10-minute walk from the Kawaguchiko train station through a quaint local residential estate. amazing view of Mt Fuji from the room; we were lucky to have the sky clear up during sunrise at 5.30am. small room but it had everything we needed - all sorts of cutlery, shower amenities, slippers, towel rack, etc. hot water was incredible after a long day of travelling. vending machines sold beer, cup noodles, rice, pork curry and snacks.

bicycles are not complimentary for guests and price is a little steep at 1,000jpy a day. the smaller ones (which we rented as we are not tall) are not quite well maintained.

This hotel is gorgeous! And has stunning views right of Mt. Fuji - unfortunately we only stayed one night and wasn’t very visible in the morning however it cleared up during the day as we explored the town and I can only imagine the view you’d actually have if it was clear during your stay. It’s only a short walk from the station and a few near by restaurants. The rooms are quite big - biggest ones we’ve stayed in while travelling Japan. Staff are lovely and check in and out is very easy.

Not staying long enough

I was lucky to see Fuji San when I woke up! The mini kitchen is well equipped with microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, chopping board, plates etc Hair dryer is very strong Area is quite and peaceful but can be too dark and quiet at night. Best is to drive You can also take nice Fuji San pic at the car park area before the slope down. It has an unblocked view

The bed and pillows are too soft. The comforter also seems rough to the touch. Room is dim with no lights at the living area Recep is only a available from 930am to 9pm

Each room offers a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. The spacious accommodations include a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub. Situated in a charming neighborhood, the location is ideal for those who prefer to self-drive in Kawaguchiko, and convenient parking spaces are available for guests. we had a comfortable sleep throughout.

Upon our check-in, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the staff's efforts to address the issue by using odor spray, the unpleasant smell persisted.

The view of mt fuji was so amazing and surreal. The place was clean, they provided a rack to dry clothes and free washer dryer too. I like that we didnt have to take another fuji bus to the accommodation.

It was an 8 min walk from the kawaguchiko station and lugging the luggage on the stony pavement with two young kids were not the best but, the view of the mountain the way made up for it. Receptionist isnt always there and they do not provide shuttle to the station

Beautiful view of Fuji! Clean room, modern and sleek appliances. I had a very comfortable stay. I loved the floor to ceiling window and balcony. I will stay here again!

The uninterrupted views of Mt Fuji were absolutely gorgeous, even our room on the lower level was incredible. The room was extremely clean and amenities were fantastic. There was a complimentary laundry room, though the two large industrial dryers need maintaining as whenever I tried using them I would get alert messages saying that the lint traps needed cleaning.

Can’t fault anything

All room facing Mt Fuji and have stunning scenery to see the Mt Fuji. Sharing laundry room is available.The room is equipped with all of the necessary cooking utensils and appliances. The room was peaceful and tidy. Great for individuals looking to unwind, and if you had a nice day or are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji from your hotel.
