Had my first onsen experience here and it was great. The facilities were so clean, and welcoming.

We booked with MYSTAYS for the room with Mt Fuji view, it was lovely but a little obstructed as we were placed on Levevl 2, so all we could see was the big pachinko building across the street. The location was a bit tricky as it was not very close to the train station nor bus station. Normally walking around is fine but with a luggage, we had to take the cab as it was not a clear path, but can be done as traffic isn't busy.

The view is excellent! We booked a Fuji view mountain and was lucky that we could enjoy the majestic Fujisan in a winter morning. Location-wise was okay, walking distance to train station although the pedestrian walk was not really proper, we walked carefully. Before going to the hotel from the station you can shop at Lawson, and heat the food in the hotel. The breakfast selection was great, i enjoyed the grilled fish. This hotel got all the facilities we needed like laundromat, pantry & smoking room. Unfortunately we didn’t visit the onsen by choice, but we will next time as this won’t be our last visit here.

The room is very clean, location very convenient ( I drove during the trip and it has a huge car park behind the building ) It provides ice and I can make ice matcha latte everyday !(self bought matcha and milk) Close to a supermarket and good view( the room with Fuji view) The breakfast is very nice with both Japanese and western food choice

The Onsen is very nice however the hotel chooses to cover the most of the view. I m not sure why. I wish it is not covered so I can enjoy the Fuji view while in the hot spring . U have to stand up in the onsen to be able to see the view !

Purchase here for the view but unfortunately paying more I only got the 1st floor with quarter view block by balcony and all the wires. Actually had a 2nd night booking and paid even more hoping for a better view and emailed in advance but this is disappointing.

all inclusive is great! love the relax wear that is in the rooms. Very friendly staff at check-in with helping for taxi service, maps, and every request (money exchange). 5 min to a train station into Lake Kawaguchiko town center. Onsen I liked separated women and men. Iwish the website had more description about how close it is to everything. it was really easy to walk

huge electric poles and huge rollercoaster park directly in front of hotel. There is no escaping this monstrosity so if you want to wake up looking at only Fuji you will have a huge eyesore. but you can walk anywhere and get a good view just NOT from the hotel or rooms. should change breakfast vs dinner food items

What a beautiful view, waking up with Mt. Fuji right in front of you. It's a once in a lifetime experience. We had booked and stayed in a higher room, which gave us an excellent view of the mountain. The hotel facilities are all nice and adequate, and the buffet dinner and breakfast were good, and included. The (public) onsen was a great experience, especially because it was around freezing outside, giving that nice hot bath / super cold air feeling

The dinner was nice, with what I would say standard buffet items. The food was generally good and the service friendly

Nice indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor, with a view of Mt Fuji. Spacious room, nice staff, and many free amenities available at the reception.

Our room was not completely clean: we found hair in multiple places on the floor and the fridge door was dirty. It didn't bother us enough to complain, however. There were many loud people in the onsen and people did not follow the rules, e.g. no splashing, no towels in the water, no loud talking... It is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps staff can check the onsen regularly to point out the rules to those guests. Please note that the hotel allocates high floors based on the time of booking; we got a room on the 2nd floor because we booked quite late. It is fair though, since everyone wants a high floor to see Mt Fuji.

We stayed in Fuji View rooms but it was raining the day we checked in. It was a very clear day the next morning and when we opened the curtain Fuji was right next to our windows!! Spectacular view!! Onsen was great with Fuji right out of the windows as well but too bad they blocked the bottom part of the windows so you are unable to see Fuji when you sit down in the hot tub. I wonder if the one-way glass would work?

Personally, we didn't like the breakfast. There are quite a large selections but none of them was good. Coffee was great, though.

The room was very comfortable but a bit small. The room was on the 7th floor and views were very nice but of the country not Mt Fuji. The window was large and had an openable section. Meals were in the hotel restaurant and buffet style, a bit expensive but included a wide range of nice dishes. The hotel has a complementary Onsen for guests, however, each room has a small charge daily for the onsen.

Hotel is a bit far from the Bus/train station 1.5 to 2kms and is about 2.5kms from the lake and most tourist attractions. Restaurant was crowded when the hotel was full with over 1hr wait to be seated.

Room was very spacious, it might be due to the premium room selected (with mt fuji view). The breakfast have many selections.

Since we come from tokyo, it’s more than 1km walk from the fuji q station. There are very limited traffic or road signs and the google map is a bit weird in this area (mt fuji). 50m away from bus station, but you have to ask the staff where is it as there is no bus station sign. The 2nd staff i asked was lind enough to explain with drawings, where the bus station is. The ‘older staff’ - the 1st staff we encountered, was a bit grumpy and did not explain where we can find the bus station, he just said 1min walk.
