This is probably the cheapest hostel in fujiyoshida. The room for a couple is a small room with a bunk bed and shared toilets. The hostel is clean and have a microwave and refrigerator. it's a 6 minutes walk from the train station that takes you to the Fuji-Q Highland park. 5 minutes walk to a 7/11.

The room is very small, there is hardly any room to move, the mattress was comfortable but the bunk bed above creaked with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. It's a 12 minute walk from the main bus station.

Very well organised hostel well located in Fujiyoshida. It is well situated very close to the station and a short walk to all the tourist hotspots. Particularly useful for a quick walk to the Chureito Pagoda when the skies oblige. The start of the Fuji yoshida trail is around 45 minutes away on foot. A convenience store around a five minutes walk towards the station. The staff were all very helpful and provided clarity on onward travel options. All English speaking and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. The actual facilities were better than expected with a nice balcony allowing for watching Fuji at all times, watching the lights at night on the mountain is a bonus. The dorms are well organized and wifi consistent throughout. The beds are comfortable and surprisingly private and large lockers provided for bags to avoid annoying other guests. Very clean and well maintained the hostel provides an ideal base for independent exploration of the Fuji area. We ate twice in the Phillipine restaurant near the station which we enjoyed for something different and satisfying.

People who insist on putting their large rucksacks in the dorms and endlessly rustling plastic bags when packing and unpacking.

Clean. I stayed at a single room for one, very comfortable and warm. Laundry service also pretty great. There is one small restaurant in front of the hostel, serves great fish! I enjoyed my stay here.

Eventhough it’s only like a few stations away from the main hotspot, the train frequency isn’t that great. They come every 30 minutes. So if you miss one, then you’re just going to waste 30mins waiting. And they don’t have screen announcement, so please be aware of what train you’re taking. Also, the area is pretty dead. Idk if it’s because of winter or what so yeah. Only one restaurant opens.

Great location, nice facilities, clean and cozy room, staffs are really friendly and helpful. During my stay, there was a heavy snow and my bus to Shizuoka was cancelled due to the weather. Michael and Sierra tried their best to help me to find a way to get to Shizuoka on time, and made it. Thank you Michael and Sierra! It was my pleasure to stay there and hope to see you again :)

I found this hostel online and glad I chose this place. You can see Mount Fuji from the hostel itself and it’s located in a friendly small town. The hostel itself is VERY clean and the owners and employees are so helpful. They were so knowledgeable about the area including, climbing Mount Fuji and transportation to other places (Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo). We asked for more information several times about travelling to other areas and the staff here were still happy to help and made sure we understood. The hostel is quiet so you don’t have to worry about not getting any rest and, they have a small balcony to relax and an area for board games! They have tea and coffee available as well. It made us appreciate the small details/ efforts. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you!

The staff member is super friendly and supportive. I got a message one week before travel with detailed information of how I can reach that place by various transportations options and it was really helpful. Also, the view from hostel is amazing. I could see Mt. Fuji right straight from hostel balcony and it was amazing experience, waking up and checking the view right straight from the bed. The hostel also is located in a great area which allows to explore many things.

We were a family of 5 and I decided to choose a hostel as we only needed a bed to bunk in before the hike the next morning. Siera was gorgeous and helpful in helping us plan for the next day. The place is squeaky clean and had enough amenities. 7-eleven is nearby for a good snack. On checking out, my son forgot to return the locker key and instead of charging us directly on the credit card, they waited patiently for my son to post it back to them.

The location is good, a few minutes from Sannomiya station. The place itself is cozy. I had a bed in a woman dormitory next to the window, so I could enjoy the rainy view of Kobe. The bed is comfortable, has to power outlets and a small locker, it also has an individual lite and kind of small bedside table. The shower is clean and comfortable. So I enjoyed my stay there. It is perfect for solo travelers.

I enjoyed the vibe of the hostel, it was clean, easygoing, the Owner Michael and his wife are adorable :) they gave us a lot of advices and recommendations, very available and easy to talk to. We really spent a nice time in their hostel and we will be happy to go back !

We had to hurry to arrive before 8 pm because after they close the reception and our trip took longer to get there so we had to negociate 8.30 and it was a little stressful :) At night the hostel area is very quiet but ..it s nice and peaceful :)

Everything, Michael and his staff, especially Sarah, did everything to make my stay enjoyable! I will never thanks them enough! Nothing was too much trouble and anything i needed they were happy to help me!! On my first night, i had the all hostel for myself and Michael and his wife, allowed me to check in very very early and even stopped by in the evening to make sure i had all that i needed. As for Sarah, her main staff, she has been great to me and I wish all my staff was like her, from pointing me to the wright direction when I needed, as well as arranging my bus ticket back to Tokyo, she was awesome!! If you need to know anything while you are staying there, do not google it!! Just "Sarah it" you will get way better advices!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for everything, for the price paid, i really consider it was a bargain!! Take care and hopefully see you all next year!!

My stay was too short🤣
