Loved the location. It was just directly opposite the domestic airport. We literally crossed the street at a traffic light located next to the subway and climbed up a slope to reach the apartment. Check-in was fuss-free through a door-code. The room was compact but adequate for two pax. I won't recommend squeezing three persons. There was even a bath-tub which we didn't get to use because of our short stay. I would say this place is really suitable for an overnighter.

There was no lift in the building which was 3 storeys high. I didn't realise this when making the booking. It was not easy lugging our pieces of luggage up the stairs as two of our party of three were seniors. However, the host was accomodating and assigned us one room on the second level. We were initially assigned the higest level for both of our two booked rooms.

During our trip, we stayed with my family at the Enzo Hotel twice. Both times we took two rooms. In terms of price-quality ratio, we can say that the offer is excellent. Right around the corner is the red line metro station, a large Trial grocery store is a ten-minute walk away, and the proximity to the airport allowed us to comfortably and without fuss get ready for our further journey. The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and quite spacious (we expected it to be cramped). The rooms are quiet, all the equipment is in good working order, everything you need is available. The first time we stayed for 4 nights and the second for two, in both cases the sound from the airport was not audible (it seems to stop working at 22:00).

A little upset by the ban on the use of an electric stove.

Obviously, the main reason we selected the property was the location. We arrived in Fukuoka very late at night and we found this property to be very convenient in terms of transportation. Getting there from the international terminal was quite easy. We took the airport shuttle to the domestic terminal and just walked a few minutes towards the property which was very easy to reach. Also, we booked a car rent at a location a few minutes nearby. So everything was perfect. As for the room, the facility is clean, well maintained and quite convenient.

Well, there is no elevator at the property. If you happened to get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you have to be extra careful when carrying your luggage up and down the stair.

The owner/staffs were very friendly, very clean and quiet area, a very nice apartment. It was a short walk from domestic airport and easy to take airport bus to International Airport, subway was easy to go city center. Lawson store was nearby to get something you need. We were second time in Fukuoka, so this place was very suitable to us.

Only two things we didn't like, firstly, the toilet was too small . Secondly, the bed made sounds when you moved.

Very close to Fukuoka airport Domestic terminal and subway. There are many essential facilities including heater, fridge, hair dryer and laundry machine.

No lift. No daily cleaning service. Check-in process was difficult. You need to go to domestic terminal for nearest restaurants and convenient stores.

1. Location, near the subway station 2. Room is clean, well lit, everything works just fine. 3. Bed is really comfortable.

No complain. May be a couple of suggestions : 1. Good to receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of guest registration. 2. The checkin info email can be more concise and also in English. Currently the checkin info section is appended to the end of the standard email and may be missed.

Looks like an ordinary Japanese Appartement. Don’t forget to turn on the hot water machine. The room itself is exactly the same as the pictures. The location is super good! It’s only 5 minutes walk to the Fukuoka domestic airport, car rental area and subway. And the blanket itself was very thick and comfortable.

The accommodation provides you with a kettle, but you need to prepare tea bags and cups by yourself. Also, there is no elevator, so you need to carry your things upstairs. The bed frame will be loud and squeak if you just turn while sleeping. All in all, it’s comfy for travelers whom only need a short stay or connection to the airport.

The location in relation to the airport was exceptionally convenient for both air travel and the metro. Additionally, though it was close to the airport I did not find the noise to be very disruptive (though I live in Atlanta so I may just be used to it).

It was a tad inconvenient time wise to get into the main part of the city, but I never encountered any issues with this because of the convenience of the metro nearby.

The location is the best,just cross the road from domestic terminal. The building is beautiful.The room was nice and tidy. Very close to Lawson store or 15 mins walk to a big store. The host was super helpful and polite. Before staying here,i read many negative comments about this place.But after my staying ,i understand both ways.Their house ,their rules,if you can't accept it don't book it. (but i know that people want to check in earlier)

you have to walk up hill a little bit ,might not good for old people or heavy luggages.
