They accommodated our request to have a room on a higher floor. They also allow guests to leave their luggage if they arrive early, which we did. Great location -- near Hakata Station.

The onsen was located on the first floor next to the elevator where the guests aggregate. It was not very comfortable to be in public wearing a yukata and slippers and carrying towels and toiletries.

The Hotel provides a fantastic spring spa and the location is really near the underground station.

The hotel doesn’t have a calling taxi service therefore we pull our luggages to the Hakata railway station to get a taxi to the airport.

Location was excellent, near the station and in a relatively quiet street.

Room cleaning was scheduled and that is fine. They will leave plastic bags of towels, cups, robes, toiletries, etc outside your door. However in the scheduled days for cleaning, our discarded shopping boxes which we promptly folded and stacked under the garbage bin were not collected. We even pasted a piece of paper stating that it was trash. As a result, our small room was full of neatly folded shoe boxes, shopping boxes, etc. The cleaners probably didn't want to risk collecting it thus as a suggestion, some guidance on how to dispose of them or how to ensure that it is collected should be made clear.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Hakata Station, a 5-min walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby to grab a quick snack or replenish food items. The room was small but amenities were provided, bed was huge actually but they had storage space under the bed for luggage which was pretty good. They also had a public bath for guests and it was a pleasant experience.

Parking lot fee could be made complimentary for guests, if not maybe at a lower price compared to outside parking lots.

Room may be small, but it has everything you need whith modern and considerate design. I like the space under the bed to store luggage, many hooks on the wall for convenient hanging of clothes and bags, shower room is equipped with both adult and child-height showerheads, eco-friendly trash bin for waste sorting, wheeled chair for easy movement on the carpet, magnetic door to allow easily leave notes and message.......etc.

The mattress has a slight indentation in the middle

A public bath was awesome and relaxing. Location was great. less than 10 minutes walk from Hakata station. The room is up to APA hotel standard. The check in and check out is super efficient with no waiting time.

The mattress has developed a significant sag in the center, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I do find this same issues in other APA hotel as well.

Best location, be sure to exit the Hakata station to the EAST entrance. TO hotel Best take ext 4EAST, on street level, Walk to the main road (OPPOSITE Hakata station East Exit/Taxi line) Make a LEFT turn on main road, 100 meters at the intersection, cross street, u see a family mart, Make a right on that street, 50 meters, 1 APA on right,1 APA/EKI …with Onsen, on left 50 meters away.

Very busy at check in time/3pm

Very convenient - a short walk to the main station. Just far enough away to be quiet.

Beware there are 3 APA hotels with Very similar names within visual sight of each other - this was the Central - my taxi driver dropped me at the wrong one - the reception folks are able to see my booking and send me to the correct hotel across the road

I am just wondering why my room cleaning service is a little "weird". The first day the staff did clean my used yukata and towel. However in the second day, the staff just leave the used towel in my room and didn't take it away.
