Clean and comfortable superbly close to the domestic airport 10-15mins walk away to take the free shuttle to the airport. 10min bus ride away from Hakata, convenience store close by. Easy to check in and out. Room was in a great condition. Good value for the size of the room.

There was a constant knocking sound that could be heard in my room especially when its in the middle of the night. It wasn’t the neighbors as they were quite quietz the walls are thin so the be mindful of other guests. The humidifier had a squeaky sound so turning off solved the problem. 😅

Basic and convenient place to stay one night. If you arrive in the international terminal of FUK, take the free shuttle to the domestic terminal. From there, it is a 6 minute walk to the hotel. The site provides good instructions with photos, but look for the left turn when the road starts going uphill, look for the signs on a post. Generous complimentary amenities in unstaffed lobby. Delicious honey tea bags, broth packets, cafe au last packets and more.

The photo are show the bed area, which are nice and new, but the rest of the room is a bit drab and dreary. The windows are opaque and frosted, so you can not see out of them, which lends to a rather claustrophobic feeling. But if you are only there to sleep, like we did after a long haul flight, then it's fine and a good bargain.

Location was short walk to Fukuoka Domestic Terminal, where u can catch the free shuttle to International terminal. From 6am, there is a shuttle every 6 or 7 mins. It also means there are lots of food options for dinner at the domestic terminal which u can walk to, even a food court. All the car rental companies are also there around the corner. If you cannot find reasonable airport hotel rates at the international terminal, Stay Airport at the domestic side works great for a morning flight at the international terminal too

I feel sorry for the residents in the homes along the path to the terminal. They have to bear with tourists pulling their luggage along the street from 6am onwards 🥲

The hotel is very close to the domestic terminal and there is a konbini close by. The self-check in worked smoothly. I traveled alone but I got a big room with kitchen and microwave. The rooms were also quite clean.

The hotel is a bit too far to walk from the international terminal. I also didn't see an elevator (but I might be wrong) so I had to carry my 23kg suitcase to the second floor.

They were very prompt responding to questions. So close to the airport and a flat walk to the accommodation and back to the domestic terminal and international terminal shuttle. Accommodated me leaving my suitcases in the room hours before I checked in, for which I was very grateful! Very friendly and helpful staff, made my life and trip easy, thank you! I was also grateful for the provisions of instant coffee & soup, bottled water, toiletries, and a phone charger. I will stay again next time I’m in Japan!!

It's really near to the Fukuoka Airport, Domestic terminal. And there's free shuttle bus in front of domestic terminal, fetching the passenger to the international terminal. If your flight is too early for you to get the public transport to the airport, you may consider to stay here.

The exact location is abit tricky, better to follow directions from booking.com here instead of searching from google map. Somehow i followed google map and it brings me to walk up and down to the steep road, which actually is not required.

I really like the fact that the hotel is close to the airport, fast check in and check out, very good value for money and is very clean. It is very convenient for early morning travelers. Great hotel!

Would be great to have an elevator, I had to carry my luggages up to the 3rd floor. Could also add a bit of thicker mattress on the bed to have more comfortable sleep:-)

Just a little walk from the airport (domestic) so it's good for stay when having early morning flight. It's easy to go to shuttle bus to international airport.

Check in and check out by using tablet takes time. You have to wait when someone is using the tablet and it is a little difficult even for me and I had to help some elderly to do it.

The hotel was within walking distance of the airport and my flight was so early I wanted to be at the airport before the trains could get me there. This place was the perfect solution to that. There was even a konbini around the corner and my own fridge to keep my breakfast in.

There was no elevator, my room was on the third floor and my suitcases were heavy. There weren't even people in the reception to help carry or at the very least watch over my luggage while I carried some at a time.

The location near to the airport (domestic flights terminal and near of the rental cars business) Safe and calm area, no noises, only for other people at the hotel (no sound proof, better to bring ear plugs) The beds are not so comfortable, but the futon is amazing and so easy to sleep on it! Have everything you would need for a short stay!!
