We spent our first wedding anniversary here and we loved every minute of our stay. The room is spacious, clean, and well-designed. There are lots of electrical outlets which is a big plus since we have multiple gadgets and power banks. They also provided us a flat iron and an ironing board. It's so easy to log in to your Netflix account in the TV. They provided pajamas so less laundry for us after the travel. The shower has consistent pressure and water temperature. We just got home from our travel and we already miss it. The location is also good. It's close to bus stops and a few steps away from a Family Mart. It's a bit of a long walk, but you can go to Don Quijote Nakasu, yatai stalls in Nakasu Island, and Ichiran Main Store by foot. It is also easy to travel to and from the airport. From the airport, we rode the free shuttle from the international airport to the domestic airport. We took the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line from the domestic airport to Nakasukawabata Station in Hakataza Theater. It is a short walk from the theater to the hotel. The staff are very helpful. They shared the schedule of Hakata Gion Yamakasa and pointed out the best dates to watch. They also have a language translator device so it's easier to communicate.

There's nothing that we did not like. Maybe just a few suggestions and to manage expectations. The bed is huge, but there are only two regular pillows. Not sure if you can request for additional. The safe is small, but can fit an Ipad 10th gen. Additional hooks by the shower/lavatory would be okay too.

The hotel was in a convenient location. My daughter loved the tv (you can log in to Netflix) and the onsen.

I called several times before the check in date but to no avail. The number given with the email confirmation was unavailable while the number on the website was always busy. I told the staff at the front desk about it and they said there were so many calls but I also sent a message to them that was ignored as well. When I asked about that he said they haven’t checked the messages.

Nice room and shower, comfy bed, good location (although slightly far from Hakata Station). Great free breakfast, free coffee, fast and smooth elevator, and cleanliness. Definitely would stay again.

The location was central and walkable. The bed was large and comfortable for two people. The shower was roomy and comfortable.

When we arrived the parking area, which is very limited, was full. It was difficult to unload the car. The rooms don't have much room on the floor, so we had to place luggage on the bed to access it.

The staff was very helpful. The laundry room was good.

The room space was okay, but the layout was very weird. The bed faces the door and the air-con vent would blow straight onto the bed.

Not narrow,not wide. It’s suitable. Nice breakfast.

Not clean. The table was not wiped completely. Elevator hall was little dusty. Hotel doesn’t have free parking area. I had to pay much parking charge.

Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel staff was friendly, good access to the airport via taxi.

The location was good, the staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable and with a good sound isolation.

The elevators had no mirrors, so you felt like in a container going up and down.

we wish we could have a breakfast there but other than that it was amazing.

I always stay here whenever I’m in Fukuoka. It is in a great location, the place is very clean, and the staff are really nice.
