I like that it's near to the train station, convenience store like 7 eleven and family mart. It is near Canal City Mall and one station away to Hakata. The room was clean when we arrived. The appliances were working except the tablet that we suppose to use for check out but they apologize for it they provided different way to check out. The room is just right for 5 people. It's a quiet neighborhood and you can rest well after a long day of walk.

Everything was good. It's just that maybe in the future they will provide more towels to use for longer stay. They provided only one during our entire stay. But other than that everything is good.

The location was perfect. So nice to be right on the river. We were traveling by car so it was nice to have an affordable coin parking lot directly across the street. The size of the room was really nice too. Perfect for us as a family.

We wanted to stay 2 nights but the entire apartment hotel was booked so we could only stay 1 night! We will try to book this place next time we go to Fukuoka!

I was called to Fukuoka due to a family emergency. It was so great to have a wonderful place to come back to with a gorgeous view of the Naka river. Canal City was a few minutes away and it was fun to get out and absorb the bustling vibe.

I was sad when I had to leave to go to another venue (which was disappointing).

Location is central to canal city and food spots nearby. Public Parking can be found right opposite. Room was nice and spacious. One of the aircon could not be used for heating, but room was still decently warm.

The main door reception door lock at ground floor was under maintenance during the period, but this was not informed, so we got a bit stuck outside and had to call for help.

The room is well equipped, new, clean, bright and quiet. There is a washing machine and detergent.

The bed is a bit low, more like a futon and the check out time is 10am instead of 11am or 12noon. It is close to Canal City but quite a bit walk to Tenjin or Hakata. There is not much restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Canal City. The apartment was spacious, clean, and even had a washing machine. The check in process was a little complicated, but worked well

Everything was fine for us, but there are no staff on site, and the self check in process could be difficult for some guests

It's code sent via email. Then,we do not need to wait someone to hand over the key. We can enter hotel anytime.

They provide towel only 1 time during stay. We stay there 6 night,it's suppose to give us new towel more 1 time.

Very clean and cosy. The location is also very good.

The bed we were assigned to were low, Japanese style; would prefer the “normal bed” with proper legs just like the one in room 402 where my sister stayed.

Someone walking out of the hotel had to let us in when we first got there because we didn’t know how to get in the building. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Size of the place was great, lucky because we have kids and it was raining for two days. Everything was quality. Everything was easy. Cool shrine nearby.

Technically it could have been closer to public transport, but it was still pretty close.
