Very friendly and cozy. Good drying room and comfortable lounge room with a massage chair. Great to relax after a day on the slopes. Nice breakfast and very clean. Small place with not many rooms so quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very helpful.

It is a bit of a walk up hill to the slopes. Only one bus each day out the front but more buses if you walk about 5 minutes to another bus stop. We left our skis and boots at the rental shop otherwise I would have struggled. Rooms are very small but

Wei and Bunny are are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Wei was generous enough to provide a pickup from the JR Hakuba train station and drop off upon checkout. Really great location as it is within 15min walking distance to the nearby Escal Plaza Goryu ski resort. There is also a convenient shuttle bus stop right outside to take you to the Escal Plaza Goryu ski resort. The room and bathroom were very clean. There is a nice open dining/bar area where you can eat and relax. It was a really nice cosy and comfortable place to say. Would highly recommend!

Overall this is a nice place if you want to ski/snowboard at the nearest resorts. The hotel location is nice, 15 minutes by walk to the ski resort or by bus shuttle (the stop is just near the hotel). There is a room for skiing/snowboards and for drying clothes (and there is a small clothes dryer in the room too). Breakfast is tasty, and coffee/tea is available for 24 hours in the kitchen area. Friendly and nice staff, when checking out - they suggest a free car transfer to the nearest but stop (very useful if you have luggage). Free Wi-Fi is available. Also, there is a smoking area on the terrace.

The sound isolation is not so good, you can hear people from other rooms. Hot water is not always available (in our case - not an issue, 10 am - 3 pm time when no hot water and we were absent at this time). Overall room is clean, but you can notice small spots somewhere, and there is mold at the window.

Lodge accommodation with staff that care about your stay. Winter drying room and ski equipment room are brilliant. If you need to know anything about the local area the staff are very accommodating.

We didn't receive any information about skiing without asking and as we didn't know what to ask were not as well prepared for our trip as we would have liked.

The common room is a bit old, but that’s to be expected in snow properties in this region.

Great location and facilities. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely go back again.

If there is a vending machine selling some snacks, it will be great.

Breakfast was great. The hosts were incredibly nice. Wei and his wife were super friendly.

I wish they could sell more food at the lodge because it can be difficult to get to the convenience store if it's snowing or raining.

Loved the safe vibe. They made us breakfast every morning and were very accommodating. Even drove us to the train station in the morning
