The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the dining hall was available for use after service period, which was really good as the rooms weren't suited for group hang outs. They have a really amazing luggage storage system - similar to coin lockers and free to use.

The staff are friendly especially the cleaning Filipina ladies who became my friends. I even featured the hotel in my you tube channel Sheng Jhing Kai , I also love reading different kind of books while eating breakfast.

the aircon is too direct to the bed, and it made me sick. at the first day I thought the food was nice, but staying for 5 days , it was always the same food everyday. And in my first night the rain was pouring hard and i need to buy food outside because there is nothing to buy inside the hotel and when i ask for an umbrella, the staff gave me a good for kindergarten size of umbrella that didn't help at all. It was too small to even cover my slim body. l was all wet as well as my Louis Vuitton bag.

As per other countries will include 2 clothes as free cleaning per day per person, if he stays more than 4 days. Otherwise all was good

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional! The common room/eating area was great and the breakfast food was excellent. The convenient location of the hotel couldn't have been better!

A greater variety of refreshments, eg cappaccino or flat white coffee, would have been appreciated.

This hotel is awesome! The building seems to be new, so everything is nice and new and clean. I was surprised by how large my room was! The breakfast buffet had many options and was delicious, plus it was included. The location is close to the station and easy to find. I had a great stay and would stay here again.

It's not really the fault of the hotel, but during check in in the evening it was a bit busy, and people were waiting to check in and milling around or waiting in the lobby. It wasn't clear who was in line to check in and who wasn't, and I saw some people were confused about the line, including me.

Breakfast need more option as very limited for those who don't want bread or Japanese dish in breakfast.

It's spotless! Amazingly very clean , there's a lot of public 24 hours parking lot near, restaurants too and convenience store . And i love that the room has a white flourescent! Because most of the hotels always has this weird yellow lights 😐 And I'll definitely be going back here again soon

The door lock with the card key , i had trouble opening the door it takes like 10 to 14 minutes to be able to open it ugh , if the card key is just like tapping on the door lock everything would be amazing in this hotel.

Can add some more options like Bacons, boiled egg specially for foreigners. Also if more cycles available, it was better for a group of people to hang out. I feel wieging machine also required in each room

The room is pretty big for Japanese standards. The staff was really friendly and explained everything kindly. Eventhough the breakfast buffet wasnt really to my taste, it is a great free option and there are also free drinks served from 14-24. The library is really cute too.
