Extremely well designed room which though small was comfortable and scrupulously clean. Large comfortable bed with good lighting and storage. Excellent desk working area and chair as well as a usable corner seating and table. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on all three days. It was equal or better than those provided by the more expensive hotels we had stayed in. Bottled water provided daily. Washing machines, microwaves and ice machines conveniently located. Excellent location around the corner from the station and on the main street. Check out was automated and self explanatory. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was fast. All of this at an excellent price. Clearly the management of the hotel chain have given considerable thought and care to what guests want. I write this review staying at a more expensive non Daiwa Roynet hotel- a decision I regret.

Unfair to criticise given the price. The room was a little small and there was the occasional rumble of local trains but it did not disturb our sleep or our stay. The breakfast was too good for us to eat lunch which we had to skip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. It had all the basic necessities. The breakfast bar was amazing. There was a large selection and a lot of different options. If I visit Hamamatsu again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

The view left much to be desired, but there were no real downsides to the room or the hotel as a whole.

Goog location for business stay at Hamamatsu. There are local food restaurants near the hotel. You can enjoy wonderful foods there.

Even though the room wasn't very spacious, the desk was very large, which was great for remote work. The bathroom was also spacious, the bed was comfy. Perfect place to stay in the middle of the city.

It’s very near from the station, malls and convenient stores, etc.. I love the room it’s very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind and approachable.
