I have booked my stay in this hotel for reasonable price so I really liked that this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Hotel rooms were kinda small but if you are booking for a tidy place for sleep and all day sightseeing i can highly recommend it. Rooms were very clean and there were all useful amenities! In the hotel there was a launch machines which automatically dispense the detergent so no need to worry about anything. Breakfast was OK with free to-go coffee which I really loved! This hotel has some contract with Multi-storey parking on the same street - you can enter it even before check -in and when you plan to drive away just go to hotel's front desk, give them your parking ticket and pay 1200 jpy for overnight stay. Please if you only need to buy some groceries just go to 7 eleven on the ground floor = the staff here is very kind which I appreciated so much!

I have to say that receptionists were slightly unprofessional in behaviour to kind guest and they can barely speak English. I Would recommend preparing i.e. Paper with instruction to Pauling with many details that quests would not have any doubts what to do and in what sequence!

I really liked the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, the lobby was stylish and welcoming, and the different colored themes of each floor made it fun. The room itself was clean and cozy, and just the right size for me(a single traveler). I really loved the decor and layout of the room. Bed and pillow was very comfortable, and the pajamas and slippers provided were some of the best I've had on my trip. Bathroom was standard and very clean. All the readily available free amenities were great too. Location wise, I thought it was awesome; It's very easy to get to if you catch the Tram from Kumamoto Station, and the Tram stop is 1min walk to Hotel. It is also short walk to Kumamoto Castle and other tourist attractions. The 7 eleven downstairs was also super helpful and convenient. I'd stay here again for sure. Great value for money!

We arrived earlier than check in time and were allowed to check-in early (1000 yen/hr - as per their policy). The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. I liked having access to the drink machine in the afternoon. It was wonderful for when you get in after a full day of walking around in the summer heat! Having access to coin laundry machines was also very convenient. I liked the onsen on the top floor. If you get lucky with the time you enter, you can have the whole space to yourself for a little while, until of course other guests use it. Location-wise, it's great! Easy access to the nearest tram station or the bus stop. It's right next to a beautiful, quiet shrine as well.

Absolutely great hotel for the price. It has everything you expect from a business hotel + it has its own sauna and bath. The room was also above average size and absolutely perfect. The only downside is that as of November of 2024 you can no longer use any IC card to get around kumamoto, only their special kumamoto-only card. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but since it's a bit far from the station make sure you have the spare change for public transportation.

The location is prefect! It is at a junction of both tram and bus stop, literally less than 2mins walk, very easy to access while taking public transportation The commercial roads are right behind the hotel by 5 mins walking distance The size of the room is fantastic, which I booked a spacious twins room, n I even have space to lay down for yoga exercise I particularly like the set up of both bathroom and toilet are in separated rooms. My family and I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights by engaging two different room types. The hotel has exceeded my expectations in many ways! Thank you

The onsen is very small and it gets very busy between 9-10pm The onsen water isn't in the best conditions as many people use it. I skipped it after a couple try.

The location is great, it's very easy to get there from Aso Airport or Kumamoto Station, we could see Kumamoto Castle from the room. The traditional breakfast buffet was delicious and the receptionists were so kind, patient and helpful when we asked about shipping our luggage to a different city so we didn’t have to carry it with us while riding the busy trains.

If anything, I would say the pj's provides by the hotel seemed to be of a synthetic material that wasn’t super comfortable but that’s definitely a very minor detail but that’s the only negative thing I can think of.

Big room size with separate toilet n shower room. Nice Onsen with all toiletries provided. Breakfast area provide free beverages ranging from all kind of hot n ice coffee, cold green tea, coke, orange juice, melon soda from 3pm to 10pm. We can even bring our drinks to our room. 7-eleven at the groundfloor of the hotel. Very clean hotel. Will book again if I visit Kumamoto in future

I stayed for 4nights n we have the same breakfast everyday. Hope can change the variety for those who stay long.

The breakfast did not come with my package and cost ¥1100, but it was a well-prepared buffet-style meal with a lot of variety. Also, the location of the hotel was within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and there is a 7-11 on the 1st floor.

This isn't a complaint but more so a heads-up. This is the city, so it is almost impossible to find free parking. The hotel does not have its own parking garage, but there is a 24-hour parking garage across the street from the hotel. The price wasn't too bad compared to the parking lots around it. DO NOT park at the Times parking behind the garage because you would pay twice as much than if you just parked inside the garage.

The location is within walkable distance from Kumamoto Castle and main shopping streets. There is a convenient store on the ground floor. The room is well-partitioned. The bathroom is separated from the toilet. The bathtub is very large and air conditioner can work in winter -- being different from most hotels in Japan. All necessary amenties are provided. The breakfast is superb with various Japanese-style chioces. Staffs are English-speaking, friendly, and supportive.

The location is quite far from the main railway station. More desserts on breakfast line should be great addition.

I wanted a break from shared dorm rooms - this was a great find for a couple of nights in Kumamoto. Clean comfortable room, the single room has a queen size/small double bed, with everything you need. Hot shower, good wifi throughout. Staff were very supportive. Close to tram stop means easy access to/from rail station. Very good value for money. This was my second stay and I would absolutely stay again.
