Quiet, luxurious with good ski facilities.

I couldn’t find option of family room so I ended up booking a quad room where each family member slept at the corners of the square shaped room. The room was large enough with separate toilet and bath. I didn’t like the food options as I could book an option for breakfast and dinner included. The dining options were expensive for dinner and food was repetitive. There isn’t any onsite or nearby convenience store except for the hotel’s convenience with less options

This is a gem of a property - AMAZING location & ski resort is a dream. Food on the mountain is DELICIOUS. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Onsen + Spa are lovely!

Resort food options were limited and over priced for portion/quality of what was served.

Breakfast was as good as expected although not as much selections as other similarly priced hotels. Short walk to their gondola was great despite the poor snow falls on the days we were there. Rooms clean, staff gave good service.

Only small things. The ski lockers could be a bit larger. No one to help you with luggage upon arrival and departure. They should train their staff to be more friendly upon checking out to make the client feel that they were happy to have had you there and look forward to your coming back again. Breakfast was included in the price, dinner wasn't. You could pay for that separately if one wanted to but the cost of the accommodation being fairly high would be more reasonable if dinner has been included

Excellent. Everything is self contained. All the staff were very polite but restaurants like Japanese and Korean were shorthanded due to festive period. Perfect for families with young or teenage kids. Gym was big. Best part was the coin laundry so we could have fresh clothes easily. Front counter staff Evan who is Indonesian but speaks excellent Japanese was super helpful. He coordinated private transport for my family which we requested and was meticulous to ensure we were comfortable and sufficient for us and our luggage.

Lovely resort in front of a mountain with ski facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful but almost half of them speak English not so well. The room is spacy and clean. Internal decoration is stylish but getting older, since our last visit 3 years ago the resort keep losing its charm without maintenance.

The arrangement of lunch and dinner during the first days after New Year was terrible. The resort has four restaurants, all of which had no space if the guest didn't make a reservation. Lunch sets are simple and straight - 3-4 vegs and local food options. The closest outside restaurant is 30 min by taxi one way.

Loved convenience of not having to go anywhere and we were able to just relax and have fun together as a family. All restaurants and meals/buffets were amazing. Soft serve machine a hit for the kids. Spa treatment was great. Amazing family holiday for us

Beautiful hotel with great facilities, not only the ski slopes but also onsen, swimming pool and everything. Powder snow is of course unbeatable, love it!

Logistics needs improvement: 1) long line at gondola station lining up for tickets, can install more ticket machine or add more windows to resolve. 2) Gondola only open after 9am even for first class when website says 8am is a bit disappointing 3) Not easy to book shuttle bus return to Joetsumyoko station from hotel after ski on Sun evening. suggest to add one more bus on peak hours.

Great resort, awesome skiing in winter season. Easy accessible, food is plentiful, staff are excellent, rooms are beautiful well equipped. They gave us 3 rooms adjoining in a private little wing that made us feel special. Family holidays are fun. Especially with hotels and resorts like these. Can get expensive but for what it is, it was worth it.

Nothing to fault.

This vacation was all about enjoying 2023 summer with my family and playing in the pool. The pool facilities were beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

There was no cafe in the property and swiming pool bar staff service wasn't good.

We loved that everything was in the one location and we didn’t have to travel to another place to get to the snowfield. It was also a very family friendly hotel with lots to do even if you weren’t skiing.

The triple share room was small and the dinner options were a little pricey.
