The night supper snack and treats were always welcome. It's location was great. I walked to all the attractions from this hotel except for the bomb museum. Location is next to chinatown. It's great if you want to have your meals there. Rooms were decently sized and everything was within reach.

There were only 2 lifts and it linked directly to the ground level which made getting into the lift difficult after your check in.

Good location for visiting Nagasaki, close to tram and has excellent parking arrangements with a nearby indoor parking lot, parking cost 3000 yen for 3 days, hotel room was ideal for a short stay.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, but we requested some more and they were promptly provided which helped. The rooms aren't massive but not unusual and are otherwise very well equipped.

There were many follen hair on the floor in Public bathroom especially men’s bathroom. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t go back there because of that. He was expected more clean facilities.

Convenience, family mart just below hotel. Hotel is conveniently situated where every major attraction are easily accessible by tram.

The room that I initially stayed in, loud air-con noises can be heard from the outside so I had to change rooms. But the staff were very helpful in assisting me on room change.

This is a gem. Location is perfect with easy access to public transportation and airport bus. Not too far from Nagasaki station also 4 stops away on #1 tram. The onsen and free supper is a big plus. Simple noodles so good. We were there during new year and they laid out Nagasaki New Year specialities for us to taste.

Fantastic! As well as a large room size, there are so many free extras to make you feel at home. Comfy lounge wear, onsen, free laundromat, and even a free ramen supper before bedtime. Great location too, next to Chinatown and Dejima island and near the tram stop for the Atomic Bomb museum. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nothing was missing. All I can think of is that it was a bit chilly in the lobby, which is where you come out of the onsen.

Great location close to museums, mall, port, restaurants. Nice facilities : onsen, free washing machines (more than 6 + dryers), free icepops, free probiotics shots. Confortable bed and bedroom.

Perfect location Nice Onsen with good water pressure in the water. Free food and amenities!

Hot water stopped for some time in the hot spring showers. Smoking room, so tobacco smell.

The public bath, the late night noodle, the breakfast.

Their carpark can only entertain very small car. Car exceeding their height limit has to park at the paid carpark just behind the hotel at a higher charge.

I like that the hotel was next to Hamanomachi, tram stops & a pretty useful bus stop (within reasonable walking distance). The onsen was nice & I like that there were serval convenience stores nearby.

The rooms aren’t the biggest. Also, when we asked for more pillows (my friends definitely needed them), the staff at the front would only be willing to give one extra at the time. It would’ve been nice to be able to get at least one or two more.
