Very helpful staff who patiently helped me to call the train company to retrieve my forgotten luggage. Location is amongst a multitude of izakayas, and only about 12 minutes by electric tram from Nagasaki station. Shared public bath space was nice and spacious and no one else around when I visited.

How the roller blinds to close your 'pod' space don't roll all the way down to the bottom as there is a stopper stopping it from going all the way down for some unknown reason. So noise travels a bit more easily. Luckily there were only about 3 to 5 other people on this entire floor the night I stayed.

The location is quite good. You are close to China town, the ferry to Gunkanjima and also Clover Gardens. A direct bus takes you to Insanyama and the atomic bomb memorial locations. There is in an Onsen with pleasantly mild temperature. There is a comfortable lounge with some interesting books. The communication with the staff in English was okay.

You have to store you luggage at the reception and the showers were on another floor, which is quite annoying. There is only one 'western shower' but you can also shower in the Onsen facilities.

Very comfortable and clean, and the staff was so helpful! They really went out of their way to accommodate me. The location is perfect, so close to many transportation and food options including china town! I've stayed at other capsule hotels and this felt the most personable.

I liked my experience overall, so it's hard to choose something that didn't work. Maybe something travelers should be aware of is that there is not very strong A/C so the capsules run warm.

The cabin is great, I upgrade to a bigger one. The bathroom, onsen dan toilet is clean, excellent amenities. Location is perfect, close to shopping centre and restaurants. Easy acces to tram, chinatown and bus stop. I took taxi from Nagasaki station and it cost me 870Yen.

I will say their manager is a NO NO person. Everything is NO. Ask them to help send my luggage to Yamato = No ( I went to several convenience store but they suggest I send my luggage from my hotel ). Ask them to call taxi = No, although taxi turn out easy to get but as a tourist I dont know about it. The receptionist is good but the manager is the decision maker and not helpful at all. Most of their guests is Japanese and for business purpose, so I think they are not ready to serve tourist.

Facilities are wonderful. Shared shower with also one private shower available, as well as many bathroom facilities such as hairdryer, skincare, free bath towels, razors and toothbrushes. Washing machine for laundry had a good price too. The cabin was clean and had a small space for valuables.

Between 12:00-14:00 they clean the bathroom and bath which can be annoying at the start with jetlag. Waking up late the first two mornings meant I didn’t have a proper place to get ready. There is still another toilet on a different floor which could be used though. The airconditioning didn’t always work properly even when on the highest.

The pods were really comfortable with the amount of head space. It doesn’t feel cramped. Lots of amenities that are provided like shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer as well as other things. Location was close to public transportation.

The beds were fairly hard. Not enough space to keep your backpack with you in your pod and luggage space can be far from your pod depending which one you get.

The bathroom and restroom are really clean. The main entrance of each dorm is opened with a key card so it's convenient. There's also a locker near the bed enough for a camera, laptop, and other valuables. I also like the location it's very close to the shopping district, China Town, Dejima, tram station, etc. There's also a lot of restaurants in the area.

There are a lot of toilets, however, there's only one separate/private bathroom. There's a shared bath area, but it can be uncomfortable for those who are not used to it. The closing and opening of the cover of other capsule rooms can be a bit noisy.

My first cabin experience, I guess it is quite a luxury to have walls separating from the other guests, as well as a pretty well stocked public bath. Pyjamas and amenities are provided. Easy to reach from the airport bus stop.

The lobby is on the 4th floor, so there's no natural spot for meeting with other travelers. The common room is quite little as well. There's an strange smell in the ladies bathroom but the area is separate from the changing room, so it is a minor nuisance. The location is a bit so-so, I thought the Chinese neighbourhood would be vibrant but it is a rather run down part of the city. If coming from JR station, is is like a 30min walk.

The place felt really premium. I only stayed one night but it was very nice. The rooms are standing height and have a very premium and elegant touch to them, especially the sideboard with the included locker was great. I didn't try out the Onsen but the shower they had was the best one I took so far in any Hotel I can remember - so 10/10 on that end. Staff was very nice and professional, in my case the guy that attended me spoke both english and japanese and was very kind to explain everything about the place in a kind and professional manner. Overall I felt very comfortable over there, especially compared to most other Capsule hotels I had been so far. The aesthetics and amenties make you really feel like you are boarding first or business class with a premium airline, not just staying over in some capsule hotel in Nagasaki. 9/10 overall will recommend and would stay there again if I go back to Nagasaki

The only thing that wasn't great was the a little too noise curtain (issue in most capsule hotels though) and the not too comfortable blanket for sleeping. Besides that it would have been nice if they had free basic snacks and some juice (orange, apple) but for the price I paid it is more understandable why they don't have that. If they had that and I had to pay 10-20 percent more that would have made the whole place 10/10 for me

It served the exact purpose I needed: a place to sleep during my stay in Nagasaki for a low price. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and I had no problems navigating around the facility.

This is probably just a me problem, but I personally felt like I was being so loud. The importance placed on being quiet in the capsule made me hyper aware of any noise I was making.
