Room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Enough free space to move around and open up luggage. The clothes hanger is a good addition and a good place keep an open luggage. water pressure was good and hot water came very quickly. Rain fall shower and handheld shower were excellent. air purifier/humidifier and central temp control panel were very good amenities to have

- elevator a bit slow… even though there were 3, it seems only one is operational at any given time. probably bad programming to increase efficiency but quite slow if it’s stopping on many floors - no private space to change or dress before the shower, need to get naked outside the shower room not ideal for staying with friends - wifi needs registering and is kind of slow - types of amenities from cart were very limited, only toothbrush/tooth paste, a comb, and a cotton pad/qtips/nail filer set - no complimentary coffee or water bottles, only two packets of tea in the room - water and ice machine in the 1st floor restaurant but not accessible late at night when restaurant closes (need to ask front staff to let you in)

Very comfortable bed. Good sized room for Japan. Clean and kind staff. Close to the subway station, a little more than 5 minutes walk. There's a family mart across the street. I really like this hotel and would stay here again.

Can't open the windows but their ac works very well. No laundry machines. Its the other style where you fill out a form and pay alot for each piece to wash. The hotel does provide a map of where to find a laundromat nearby but fair warning: the machines don't have any English (which is understandable) and my clothes came out clean but didn't smell clean....this isn't the hotels responsibility at all. Just wanted to let others know.

It was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The hotel has a very modern aesthetic, with charming splashes of color on concrete and wood base. There is also what appears to be a genuine commitment to sustainability, as all toiletries, info cards, etc. were plastic free. Even the room keys were made of wood. The two staff members we spoke to were also kind and accommodating. In the room, the bed was larger than average and quite comfortable. There was a variety of pillow options, a wonderful shower, central AC, and a fantastic view from the 11th floor. It can be understated just how rare it is to have a view from a Japanese hotel at this price point.

The room was very small, similar to a business hotel. We were tripping over all of our stuff, smashing extremities on the corners of tables/TVs, and struggling to find space to open medium-sized suitcases.

Very central hotel that is modern and well decorated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was decent but it's city centre so no views.

Information about car parking - it wasn't clear before we arrived so we ended up paying a little extra in a more expensive car park before we moved the car at the advice of the hotel staff. They give you a discount at a cheaper car park between certain hours. They also didn't make it clear what times it applied to so we ended up paying for and extra hour as we returned about 10 minutes too early without realising. However the reduced parking rate was really great.

The hotel is near the Nagoya JR station but if your luggages are big and heavy, the walk to the hotel is not the easiest due to the narrow and uneven streets. The room is on the small side but that is to be expected. The hotel is a no frills hotel but the basic amenities are available. The toilet and shower are separate but there is no changing space outside of the shower; the door opens directly into the room with the wash basin and mirror blocking you from view. Still, it was a comfortable stay with a convenience store across the road from the hotel and a coin laundry a 10 minutes walk away.

None.

Great location near Nagoya station, comfy beds. Essential amenities offered at reception.

The shower opened right into the bedroom, there was no area to dry off or get changed without being exposed in the room. The bathroom sink is right in the bedroom as well. I was travelling with my sister so it was ok, but if you're travelling with a friend you might want at least a bit of privacy! Kind of a strange room setup.

Location - 10 minute walk from the main Nagoya train station and several underground lines. 40 minute walk from Nagoya Castle. 2 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. Restaurants - we didn’t have breakfast but had an evening meal in the on site restaurant. Much better than an on-site place in the uk, that’s for sure! Food was very nice and reasonably priced. Close to the centre of Nagoya so plenty of other restaurants in walking distance (for breakfast as well as dinner). Staff - staff spoke English at check in, which was very straightforward. Express checkout. WiFi speed - consistent. 100mbps download, 140mbps upload. Amenities - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the room. Other things available for free in the lobby. A Japanese pj/ robe and slipper set for my fetching photo album. Bed / pillows - decent mix of pillows. Comfortable bed. Noise levels - quiet Temperature - aircon in the room, but remember to actually turn it on, instead of *just* setting the the temperature! It resets when you leave the room. The hallway was silly hot, so we had to speed walk to the lift or put our coats on downstairs! Shower - self contained shower unit. Consistent temperature and pressure. Overall comments - modern, clean, and close to the centre.

In general the hotel is clean and relatively new, and is within a reasonable walking distance to Nagoya Station. Although there are not too many dishes for breakfast, the food quality is good. In particular, the ochasuke and the fresh banana smoothies are delicious.

There was an event at Nagoya during our stay, leading to a higher room rate than usual. If not encountering such a special occasion, our stay there should have been more value for money. The bed is relatively small for us as we have two adults and one kid.

Location is good - close to Nagoya Kintetsu and Meitetsu station and also close to another subway station. There're also bus stops nearby that take you to Sakae (Oasis 21 and Mirai Tower) and Nagoya Castle. There's a market selling fresh food right opposite to the hotel (only opens in the morning) and many restaurants around. Room is compact but I think it's normal in Japan. Staff is generally helpful and cheerful but might sometimes have miscommunication in English. Not a big problem anyways.

Not too sure if the staff really understood our request - on the second day we asked the staff to clean the room, but the empty bottles next to the bin were still there when we returned. The next day we asked the staff not to manage one of the beds (was in a twin room) but both were done. The interesting thing was the toilet bowl and the area next to the water basin were not cleaned.

Good staff and well run hotel. Very cool cafe on the ground floor as well. This was good value for the money and a good atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable. I didn't feel it lacked anything, especially for what I paid.

It's close to the JR station in Nagoya but I found it a little tricky to find. That could be just me and I generally try to walk to hotels most of the time from the arrival point, whether that is a train station or arriving from after rail or bus from airport. To be fair, in many places I stayed construction projects or places impacted by rail lines complicated walking to the hotel.
