Room and bathroom were great, perfect for just sleeping the night. Location is great too.

Parking in the public car park the staff told me to go to was supposed to be decently priced, but I ended up having to pay triple what the hotel staff told me the cost was for one overnight park. I'm not sure if they were quoting a different price or something, but it was a bit annoying to end up paying so much extra than expected, so maybe try to find another car park with actual prices listed beforehand.

It has 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson stores nearby. There are a lot of food choices around the area. Near to Sakae station. Near to shopping areas. Everyday, there are fresh supplies of bathrobes, towels and water. The basic supplies are always refilled as well.

The elevator/escalator were not fully functional during our stay. Hence, it was difficult to get our luggages upstairs.

They have a free bath house, spa and sauna which is sublime. The hotel is in a great location., comfortable beds .

maybe the breakfast option could be more like breakfast, there was a lot of food which I would classify as dinner, pasta, curry, lasagne, not much fruit and few pastries, so we didn't partake.

The cleaning lady is very helpful, she always prepare the extra clean towels in bag outside the room even I wasn't there. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the restaurant was in refurbishment during my visit so I cannot have breakfast there which I didn't know before I travel. If I know, I may need to change another hotel with breakfast service. When I made my choice of the hotel in Japan, breakfast is my first choice! Tough luck!

Location is good, if not best. Its in the middle of the downtown district, convenient to all sorts of restaurants. Easy access to laundry.

Subway stations are a bit further than I’d like, but not too far. Someone was smoking in the hallway. No microwave; though it may be easier to just step out to get nibble at this location…

Our room was big, enough to fit 3 large suitcases laying down. Spacious bathroom with sink and large tub. Having a second sink outside the bathroom was helpful. Friendly staff helped us ship our suitcases to our next destination. Lots of restaurants in walking distance

A bit for a walk from train station

The proximity to all the attractions in Sakae made the first few days easy for tourism. The Mirai Tower in particular works as a hub and orienting landmark. A quick tip for subway travelers: the closest exit to the hotel is Maruie Galleria

The transportation hub while incredibly extensive was exhausting to navigate. There's also some solicitors near the area that may prove to be a turn off for families.

The staff is helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There are many eating options surrounding the hotel. There are two accesses into the hotel which can be reached from different side of the streets.

The surrounding area is full of bars so it is very noisy at night.

The room is cozy and tidy. Close to either Sakae or Yabacho station. The closet is good, lights and charging spot by the bed side are great.

The bathroom is a bit old. The ventilation needs improvement. It has no bathroom dryer.

It certainly had a luxurious vibe about it. The reception staff was very helpful, although didn't seem to speak much English. Very wide range of limitless ammenities of choice to pick up at the reception as you check in. 2 elevators. Great view from 10th floor.

Some facilities simply seemed to be a bit old, especially the bathroom. There was some hair found here and there. WiFi wasn't very reliable - probably insufficient for a professional video call.
