Polite staff, relatively large room & reasonable price. I've seen some tourist groups in the hotel, but it was quiet during the night. Also it's convenient there's a 'Con-vi-ni" small shop on the ground floor which sells from food, drink to little cosmetics and souvenirs.

I didn't notice a small card explaining that customers can get a jug of drinking water from the server on each floor until the next morning, even though I was so thirsty during the night. It would be better if I was explained when I checked in the hotel that they have a water server instead of giving customers water bottles in a room.

The 24/hr gym was clean and well maintained with towels and fresh water! The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! Staff was kind and helpful. The airport transportation shuttle buses were on time friendly and more than happy to lift bags. Last minute flight change left me here for around 10 days. I was able to grab the shuttle to the airport then hop on the 1 hr shuttle to Disney parks. (Additional fee) it was 15 minutes to the train station where I was also able to access Disney park. I was on the fifth floor. It was so quiet!! Even the staff was quiet and respectful when cleaning. Super convenient 7-11 in the lobby. Hotel shuttle to local Mall as well!! The mall features sports store, Starbucks, numerous restaurants and shops as well as LUSH cosmetics.

I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. I walked to a couple of restaurants, the mall, and even an onsen. Bear in mind, some were 30+ minute walks. The hotel is nice, breakfast was included, and I only paid $60cdn per night! A small 7-11 is in the lobby and a larger convenience store is just off the parking lot. Free shuttle to the airport, mall, and JR station. Naritasan Park is a must, 25 minute walk.

The bed was too firm, a common issue in Japan. There's no pool. The bus to the mall was packed and took about 30 minutes; I walked back in 25.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The free airport shuttle is mostly only once every hour, so if you just miss one you have a long wait for the next. The hotel is actually quite far from Narita Airport and took approx. 40 minutes to arrive at the hotel.

All staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The shuttle bus is a fantastic service and you should have little worries so long as you can find the right bus stop! The 711 on the first floor is also very useful, and there is a ministop within walking distance. From the hotel it is a lovely walk along nekona river to naritasan Park and shinsho-ji which I imagine is beautiful any time of year. From there omotesando street has so much to offer.

The walls are a bit thin, quite a few knocks and bumps through the night, though I suspect that may be because I stayed next door to the complimentary services room

Me and my mom had a night flight from Narita Airport, so we chose this hotel to stay over night before our 6:30 am flight. It was an awesome decision as we were coming from Tokyo and if we would not reserve this hotel, we would have go to airport by taxi as there is no available trains from Tokyo at night. So, we really enjoyed the location of the hotel and staff, they are very nice and caring. However, we were not able to use free shuttle provided by the hotel as it starts to operate from 5 am or so, but we had to leave hotel around 4 am as we had to take an international flight, so had to arrive to airport earlier. It was a little bit upsetting, but we got lucky that hotel staff helped us with ordering taxi from hotel to airport, so it cost us around 3500 yen which is relatively cheap, just unexpected cost.

Location is ideal as the shuttle busses take you directly from terminal 1 to the hotel. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of western and Japanese dishes. Places to eat and a mini stop were all nearby. Walking distance to a local shrine. Staff was English speaking, friendly and professional.

The bathroom had some black mold and the 7/11 inside the hotel closes early. If you plan on using the shuttle service to the mall/station. Be very aware it’s not the same shuttle as you take from the airport. It can get very overwhelming if you’re traveling with a family and/or have lots of luggage.

We used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Their website had the shuttle schedule listed and was clear about where to catch it. We also chose a hotel close to Narita Airport where our flight was departing. They also have a shuttle connecting with a Narita train station. Good soundproofing minimised noise. To get some exercise, we walked about 25 minutes to a large shopping centre with Aeon Mall and Don Quijote stores.

We didn't really think that the evening buffet was worth the price but there didn't seem to be any other restaurants close by and we didn't get in until about 7pm.

Breakfast was amazing. The free shuttle is a spot on, although the guy at the reception tried to convince me, my group won't be able to get on the bus at the same time... Also it's about 30min walk to Narita station. Some convenience stores close to the hotel, as well 7eleven inside the hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant closes very early for dinner, but I guess this is the policy of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, although there are stains of the aging. Also the corridors are not so clean, because of the carpet, which with the age becomes hard to clean.

The hotel is very close to Narita Airport and suited us perfectly. We didn't take public transport to reach there from town but drove ourselves. However, I did take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, which runs quite frequently to and from the airport. I would say it's very good for the price, and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs near the lobby, which is very convenient. The 7-Eleven also sells various touristy chocolates that you can buy last minute before heading to the airport (cheaper than at the airport).

The hotel is a little dated, but the cleanliness is alright and it does the job.
