We stayed overnight as we had another flight to catch in the morning. The hotel was easy to find from the train station. Just a quick 7 min walk. Check-in was smooth and the staff spoke decent English to help us. My jet lag brain was still loading my Japanese skills so I appreciated having a little help in English lol. We didn't eat in the area as we were tired and just went to sleep. Check out was easy and we had reserved a seat in the airport shuttle. That was free and super easy to get back to Narita. The room itself is small (typical Japanese hotel room) but it was clean and comfy for our one night stay. I chose this hotel because we are from Richmond, VA USA and I just felt like I had to stay here! Overall, recommend!

I don't have anything negative to say. It met our expectations. Staff was helpful and shuttle was free.

The location was great, easy to get to from the airport and very accessible to other places in Narita. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was decent size, had a nice desk area so I got some work done. There was a plug in the room that fit every phone/tech device, which is great for those that don't have their own adapters. There was a robe and nice slippers in the room. The "amenities bar" at the lobby had many options.

The room and hotel in general feels quite old and dated, other than this it was fab.

Great location with proximity to the NRT airport train station. NRT village is within walking distance with choices of nice restaurants and bars

The room was very clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious! the staff were so friendly - no short staffing here! they provided lots of amenities in the lobby. check in and check out were very quick. They offer a shuttle, but we did not use it since there are no afternoon shuttles and our flight was at 5:45.

the room was quite small, and even though we got a double bed room it was so close together that the beds were nearly touching regardless. I wish there was more space to open a large suitcase, but I have stayed in smaller rooms in Japan so I guess I can't complain.

5min walk from Keisei Narita station, on the quieter side - which is a plus as the area outside the main station entrance may be livelier but has bars and all that may be messier. Deluxe room is very spacious at a reasonable price. Service is good with many amenities for self collection at lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby. There was free sake in the evening when we were there. Hotel has shuttles to the airport till 11am. Join hotel membership program for one hour extended checkout. Further extended checkout at 1000 yen per hour till 2pm.

Close to the jr & keisei station. Size of the hotel was good and clean. The bed was soft. I enjoyed the bathtub (they have complimentary bath salt). My fav part was the staff! So helpful and friendly!

Old looking room, but not that bad.

Excellent location to see Omotosando and the temple as well as to train station and restaurants. Nice clean room and very friendly staff.

It was actually perfect for our one night stay. Room just a little snug if staying longer.

-Location - 10 minute downhill walk from the Narita town station. -Access - free shuttle to (and maybe from, but I’m not sure) Narita Airport -Restaurants - Italian restaurant on site, was nice, but nothing amazing. Does the job for first or last night in Japan. I didn’t look to see what else is in the town, but the hotel is close to the station. -Staff - staff speak English and check in and check out is easy. They were also helpful in booking the shuttle. -WiFi speed - consistent. 140mbps download, 150mbps upload -Breakfast - standard Japanese breakfast food. Not really our style but not bad. I do love a miso soup. -Amenities - fridge in the room and some toiletry items in the lobby for free. -Bed / pillows - we had a really big bed (2 single pushed together style). -Noise levels - quiet -Temperature - aircon in the room. -Shower - consistent temperature and pressure Overall comments - main hotel and rooms are nice and modern, the bathroom was a bit dated - but perfectly functional.

Location - close enough to Narita station, within 1km walk to the old town street and Sensoji temple and possible to walk to the nearby Aeon (this is not the big AEON in Narita, but has necessities if you don't want to take a train to the big one) Room is spacious enough for Japan, and they have shuttle to Narita airport. However, we had to catch an 8am flight, so unable to use the shuttle, but it's only 1-2 train stops to airport so all is good.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was incredible. There were no problems with having tickets for trains and events sent to the hotel and the staff having these at the ready for us when we checked in. Very efficient and reliable.

The space was well utilised, but quite small for a family of 4. The bedding arrangement would have been ideal for 3 people or very young children, but not the most adequate for a family of 4 taller people.
