The location is perfect for a night before an early flight home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pajamas provided are divine, especially after you hit the public bath on B1. Family Mart is just downstairs and sell some really cute souvenirs for last minute shopping! Great way to get rid of any extra coins! The rooms are large, clean, and are stocked with basic amenities like cleansing oil, face wash, face cream, body wash, S & C, toothbrush, hairbrush etc. The buffet lunch and buffet breakfast are a MUST. It is well worth every penny! The in house laundry room is very convenient, as well as the massage chairs outside the bath house entrance. 100Y for 10 mins was perfect. This place also has many public toilets placed around the common areas. Big bonus when traveling in a group!

The only thing I can think of is that the vent in the bathroom of our room wasn't great. Other then that we were very happy with the place.

The triple room was huge for Tokyo stds and we could open up 3 bags. The cheapest hotel at 11800 yen per night. The single beds are firm n more like Super Single and slightly smaller than a Queen so 1 adult and 1 child can share comfortably. The Contour Pilow was a surprising comfort. Has a bathtub. The hair shampoo n conditionor deserves a mention as well as the Japanese restaurant. The set (we had the Unagi rice with Dobin Mushi as well as the sashimi, beef, tempura rice set) and it was very like the higher end Jap meals u can easily find in Malaysia. We hardly saw these meals in Hokkaido, Kyoto and Tokyo as we walked the streets and was a good last day meal. Had loads of bathroom amenities like face moisturer, toner, etc.. in small sachets. Wish we stayed longer. Free shuttle to Narita airport every 30 mins and also shuttles to Aeon. If u take the local train from Nippori St, cost only 800 yen to the Keisei Narita St n a short taxi ride to the hotel. Has a 24 hr Familymart and the egg sandwich there is to die for. While waiting for the morning shuttle, take a walk in the garden.

We had a wonderful stay. Convenient shuttle bus service and comfortable room of a decent size to Japanese standards. Windows could be open, so we enjoyed the fresh air. Bathroom although small but has everything you need including face creams and lotions. Staff was very accommodating and coming forward with any requests. We’ve also taken breakfast buffet and didn’t regret. It was a broad variety of Japanese and western dishes Our picky kids had a lot of food they could eat and loved it.

The hotel is not new, outdated, but maintained well. Their onsen and pool is open only in the afternoons. The room was a bit dusty, and when we moved beds together there were some small plastic garbage pieces on the floor.

We stayed here when we were traveling out of Narita on an early flight. It was so early that public transportation would not have been running as yet and we didn't want to pay for an Uber from our place in Toshima. For its price, I thought it was great. It is not exactly a fancy hotel but I think that is reflected in the price. The shuttle was on-time and extremely convenient and it is very close to the airport. Highly recommend for persons needing to get to Narita!

If I had paid far more for the room, there would be a number of things that wouldn't have been my preference but objectively, for the price, it was a great room and a fantastic stay.

It was my following stay in this hotel, which is rather indicative. Unfortunately I could not use the (FREE!) swimming pool because of the late arrival and early check-out. However, I used the paid public spa (at reasonable additional cost of 500 JPY). The fitness room is very good for me (the treadmills are facing huge window with nice open landscape!). There is a small convenience store INSIDE hotel. Breakfast was good (buffet), including ICE CREAM (!) and good coffee (ESPRESSO MACHINE). FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO NARITA AIRPORT!

The operation hours of the swimming pool :o| I which there was better selection of (vegetable) soups for breakfast. There is nothing interesting in the walking area.

The shuttle to the airport. During the “busy” times when guests are trying to arrive at the airport on time, I felt that the shuttle should’ve given PRIORITY to airport guests rather than those who were using the shuttle to get to the railway which is also located at the airport. For instance, when we left for the airport, I counted 6-7 individuals who took up space on the shuttle and witnessed a family who had to wait for the next shuttle. It causes unnecessary stress for those traveling that are trying to arrive “on time” for their flights.

i like the quietness of it and the shuttle service is best to enjoy the calm and quiet place and being out with the settled schedules .The schedules of the bus are the best.

During breakfast time,the person who accepts receipts for breakfast should be little flexible.For instance i forgot to bring the receipts and i told the guy that i will bring the receipts and treat them til then and when i come back my fiance is standing there.We already booked the room and being flexible will help as i was on my way to my room to bring the receipts.His annoyance was visible.

The Restaurant was absolutely delicious! We ate dinner as soon as we got in and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet! It had an indoor pool, workout room and spa. Also near the pool were a few coin operated (¥200) massage chairs that were relaxing! It was very helpful to have a free shuttle take us to the airport!

My son always wears a swim shirt when he swims (made for swimming). Also, while my teens were swimming, I was catching up on emails on my phone. I was not bothering anyone as we were the only people in the pool area, but the woman in charge of the spa/ pool area came storming in yelling at my son for having a swim shirt on and yelled at me for having my phone out. This could have been handled differently. I understand this might be a cultural difference (maybe phones and swim shirts are a no go in Japan? I don’t know), but it was rude. Also the beds were hard as rocks and my family had a very difficult time sleeping on them.

Everything is good..clean, friendly staff. And fortunately I see Mr Steven Samuel when I check out. His super warm welcome make me wants to return to Japan soon. And yet, he is very customer oriented. He is a bonus to your hotel. Please send my best regards to Mr Steven Samuel . I definitely will stay at your hotel when I return....best wishes

The temp in the room is funky.. even I turn to 15 degrees in cool. Still very warm n stuffy . I have to open the window in order to get some cool air. That's all.

Very close to Narita airport, with free shuttle bus going to and from the hotel. There is a free pool inside the hotel, but the sauna & onsen part (fee of 550 yen) was the real treat of this stay! It really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, while waiting out typhoon Ampil of 16th August 2024, before catching our delayed flight the next day.

The BBQ buffet restaurant inside the hotel didn't accept people without a reservation, which seemed a little inflexible due to the typhoon, which also made sure people couldn't go outside to get something else to eat. I understand the rule in a normal situation, but for a situation with typhoon and lots of people,ä being stuck in the same place, maybe the rules could be a little less rigid ans more accomodating.
