Great place with all the facilities and more. Able to sleep 5 ppl 1 queen size and 3 tatami. Parking beside. Efficient unstaff-ed check in.

The room is large and fully equipped with washing machine, outdoor tub, cooking amenities. Parking is convenient and everything works.

You could hear the running or walking sounds from above our floor. Not sure if its the dishwashing detergent or the washing sponge, things feel oily after washing. It will help if there was simple instructions to the induction cooker and microwave in English as guests may not be familiar with the model used.

actually loved everything… super clean, easy check in, the grill was nice as there was literally no where open to eat dinner

Because nothing was open for dining, it would have been nice to st least have salt and pepper if you need to make your own food. also, there is nowhere to get coffee before 9am at the train station… nothing else opens before 10 am and sometimes 11am so to have more than 5 coffee pods for a couple who are staying 3 days would be nice. we tried to find more to but snd leave and we weren’t able to find any. small things but make the stay over the top

the onsen, the bathroom, then cleanless of the facility, staff was answering very promptly when i had questions. Washing machine is convenient. Didn't use the barbecue but if i would have stay longer, that's nice to have too

i would recommend to stay in this area only if you have a car. I didn"t and it was hard to find something close by to eat by night

The room is new, spacious and very clean. Everything is in excellent condition. I love the poppin projector and the private onsen inside the room. Really enjoyed it! 😍

It was a nit far from the station and the roda leading to the property was very dark at night with no street light.

The place itself was great, and clean and comfy. It's an awesome hassle free concept for check in and accommodation wise.

We were thinking of cancelling our booking 3 days prior to arrival as our young boys were looking forward to experiencing snow and our previous hotel which was around that vicinity did not have any snow at all. But unfortunately, our request was declined by the property eventhough Booking.com mediated on our behalf. We were willing to pay a cancellation fee (a token % of our total accommodation cost) but they were insistent that we check in or loss the payment that we made had made for the 3 nights stay. I understand its just business and that is the property's cancellation policy, but as a property in the hospitality industry, making some exceptions would go a long way. Apart from that, uts a great property.

Very nice place for group

The shelter is not enough when it rains. It should cover the staircase leading to the car park. Hope to have a lift for 2nd floor to cater for heavy luggage for traveller who stay for more than 3 days.

i liked the room layout, spacious and clean, and that it had the artificial onsen . loved the projector too.

the amenities should have hair ties for women too.

It provided all necessary equipment in the room. Room is enough for 5 of us. It’s very clean.

No curtain at the glass door separating between shower room and bath tub. Also should provide yukata for all guests.

I stayed for 6 nights and there was no room cleaning at all. Would have liked it to be cleaned once half way.
