Close to the train station it is a quick walk. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants very close by. The staff was very welcoming and despite being there earlier than check in time, I could leave my luggage with them. The room was located in the annex building which is a short walk through a hallway. It had the perfect size for an overnight stay and all the amenities one could wish for. It was very clean, the bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable to sleep at and even with the window leading out to the street, it was a peaceful night.

location is very good... very near the JR station of Okayama... there are a lot of konbini nearby and access to establishments to get food or simply make a quick stroll... the room is pretty and clean in general... the bed is comfortable and i like that the bathroom is clean...

while the room amenities are clean, i found a strand of hair in one of the bath towels... may not be a big deal to some people but i am not one of them... ;)

Very nice location about 10 min walk from Station with all my bags. Also right next to supermarket and not too far from Okayama Castle (half hour walk). Also good laundry services.

There were a few loud drunk guests who would run up and down the halls yelling in Spanish, but that’s not really the fault of the Hotel so I’m not too upset.

This is the second stay here and it was quite good overall. Location is 5 stars, only 7 minutes walk to the station and huge AEON mall just across the street.

On the first evening both onsens had a very high temperature of the water, which made it almost impossible to use and not possible to enjoy at all. On the other night it was ok though. I don’t like the system when you can’t close your clothes in the locker. There are open shelves and tiny lockers for the valuables.

Great that there was use of the onsen. Plus the staff were very helpful in storing our luggage.

We had two double rooms booked, but one of them was really small compared to the other. There wasn't much room in the smaller one and neither room had any drawers to unpack our clothes. We were advised to tidy our things beneath the bed. But a small drawer/cupboard would have been useful.

Best APA hotel I have been so far. The staff at the reception was very helpful and spoke very good English. The facilities are very good and you also have Spa/onsen which is a bonus. Very close to JR station and to a nice shopping mall.

I liked everything about my stay. The onsen was good, the outdoor onsen was slightly cooler than indoor one which was pleasant. The rooms are on the smaller side, but still bearable if you don’t have large suitcases or don’t intend to keep them open. Very clean, close to AEON mall and station. Wi-Fi worked like a charm.

The hotel house cleaning is per 3days(for long stay guest, and if you ask they still help cleaning everyday),but even the day no clean they also provide tea bags, sleepwear,towel…and the service is kind will say hello to you when they meet you.

A great location and I enjoyed the onsen.

I found the room small and disliked the bathroom where you needed to step up to step down. Up and down, it drove me crazy 🤪. Maybe because of the long weekend or the inclusion of the onsen, it was expensive almost double what I paid for my previous hotel.

Good value for money. The room is very spacious compared to APA hotel rooms in Tokyo or Osaka, which is great.

It was a bit noisy - I could hear the noise from the cars and trucks coming from the street at night. I don't remember if the hotel claims they have soundproofing but oveeral it's not a disaster.
