Breakfast presentation was excellent Location & view was lovely especially from our room overlooking sea and our private onsen. Buses going into Naha and the airport directly outside hotel so convenient.

Despite telling the manager one of us did not eat seafood, they continued to serve it every morning. Service in the restaurant could have been better especially in this regard. Also, Okinawa rice was delicious but they only offered it one day and the other days the choices were plain white rice or porridge. Surprised not many staff able to speak English so booking a driver and car for a day took a long time especially to confirm the itinerary. Didn’t see BBQ option for evening meal which was a shame.

Very nice location and friendly staff. The hotel itself is nice and the location is super convinient because its super near to the airport. You can easily take the bus. Also the houses next to the sea are restaurants and other shops which make an extremely nice atmosphere and scenery for dinner. The onsen is also equipped with different baths and a sauna.

The pictures shown might be a bit misleading. The houses at the sea are seperate restaurants which are not part of the hotel which one could believe as they are highlighted in the pictures. Additionally due to its close location to the airport you will definately hear the airplanes. But to be fair just at daytimes and in the room its noticeable but not disturbing. And ever since the onsen are seperately accessable there are people going there external as well. Which makes it rather cramped in there. Best would be to pic a time when its lesser people.

it is an unique and beautiful hotel at the senagajima island, short distance from the hotel, can enjoy the sunset and walking around the terrace without hurry.

Breakfast was delicious and full of Japanese special dishes, but may wait a little more time, we wait for about half an hour for our breakfast to come, the reception male staff was not follow up our questions politely and ask us to wait a little more time, he walk away while we had not finished our enquiry.

The view is beautiful, looking out to the ocean, you can also see planes landing as it overlooks Naha airport. With the outdoor private hot spring, it certainly did take away my tiredness of travelling. Breakfast is next level, it is one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is amazing, polite and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Parking is another thing that i appreciate, lots of free parking spaces right next to the hotel. Location is great, near lots of great restaurants and shops, with a perfect weather, I can easily spend a whole exploring around the area.

Pillow, too soft for me. Hurt my neck and shoulders.

View and service are really good.

Unfortunately breakfast is set menu which maybe good for local tourist but not for International traveller. We would prefer to have buffet instead. Sauna is always full of people which should treat hotel guests as priority instead of opening to general public without any limitation and they really should limited access of general public.

We booked the room with hot spring open air bath. It was worth every penny we paid extra. The view was great, we kept watching planes landing to Okinawa without any noise. The hotel was generous in offering us slightly early check in so we can enjoy the hotspring a wee bit more. The location is good as it is close to Naha with everything you need within 20mins of drive.

It costs quite a bit, but a great option for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries

We had balconies and open air bath for both of our rooms, the view was magnificent! Great traditional japanese breakfast- generous portion. The onsen was a little busy but was spacious enough. Loved the standing bath- nice view of the see and airport from there! They provided a nice little cot for our baby to sleep in!

The tatami and the cabinet were a bit tired looking.

Really enjoyed the hot spring water made my skin so smooth and relaxed. All the staff were nice, kind and pro-activity professional. Breakfast bento box was beautifully stunning.

Too many keys and coins to deal with when we go to onsen area… as we were family of 7. I wish we can directly walk into the bath area without through another reception.

The room was a 10. Beautiful view, and balcony. The hot spring tub was the best and offered a private experience. Beds were comfortable. We had an amazing steak course dinner at the restaurant with excellent service. Staff is very accomodating, kind, and professional.

It was not in the pick up area for our tour but we had a rental car and it was fine.

This is by far the best hotel stay I have had. The staff is so friendly, respectful, helpful, and their english is good! They helped book activities for us and went out of their way to call some places for the reservations and also booked taxis for us. Breakfast was amazing and so filling. The hotel has such a nice view with planes landing. It also has a massage place, and the Umaki Terrace which is right in front of the hotel has some cute shops. Great location for a relaxing trip. It's only 15mins taxi ride to and from Naha airport. I would definitely be back!
