Staff were very helpful in finding out information about the ferry. It’s really close to the farmer’s market/fish centre where you can get some fresh seafood and also the ashibinaa outlet mall. About 3-5 mins drive away from each of them. Not exactly located right on the beach itself but it’s more of a 2 min walk away. Breakfast buffet was quite ok, priced at 1700¥ per person. Overall the best hotel I had on this trip, comfortable and clean, with friendly staff. I believe they gave us a free room upgrade to level 9, the premium club level, and there was a separate bath, sink and toilet area - very useful for getting ready in the mornings.

Parking is a little cumbersome, the front desk is at level 2 and then you have to park somewhere else at level 1. It costs 5500¥ a night.

The property is very nice itself. We loved the pool, very easy access to the beach and the rooms very spacious, clean and nice.! We had a view to the harbor which was ok, next time i would prefer booking the other side, because it is stunning view! Be ready that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, closest convenience store is 30 min. walk. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the airport and also to close by malls and aquarium. We loved our time here!

We didn’t have the best experience with check-in process. We arrived at 3pm and we were said to grab a number, as when you go to doctor or office. There was 36 group in front of us. We waited for a good hour and half. It was very slow and only 2 people working. Also should be mentioned that they prefer people to cover up, as 99 percent of guests come to the pool covered up and don’t wear bikini or swimsuits, even inside the pool. Since for European and American guests it is not common, it should definitely be mentioned.

We stayed here for 4 days.. we booked the standard harbor view since it’s the cheapest but they upgraded us to the ocean view for free! We were so delighted coz the view was awesome, we just enjoyed the view during our first day but the rest, unfortunately it was raining all day :( we love the facilities especially the rooms are spacious with balcony, the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. The indoor pool is perfect since it was a bad rainy day. They also have umbrellas that you can borrow and use for free. The breakfast was great as well! They have variety of options every day. They also have a small store inside where you can purchase souvenirs and stuff. It also has a mini convenience store but don’t expect a lot coz it only has limited options available. I recommend this place if you wanted a quiet place away from the city and if you want to enjoy your staycation with your family and friends. Its also great for the kids coz they have a play room, a karaoke room, and restaurants inside.

The walls of the rooms and the bathroom tiles seemed to have stains on them..you can notice that its a bit old hotel. Since it is great for families I wish they’d upgrade their TVs into a SmartTV so guests can watch youtube or netflix.

All the facilities are great! I am a 45 year old married woman (happily travelling solo this time)... and the big kid in me was alive and well as I enjoyed the water slide to the pool. The deluxe room I booked was lovely and comfortable and spacious.

The sound of planes constantly. Not one single staff member spoke English or made any attempts to try and understand with Google Translate. A great place for Japanese families to stay. The buffet breakfast is not great and one morning they diverted us to the banquet room and the buffet was worse (not hot at all).

We stayed at this hotel for the second time! What we like most about the hotel is its location! Close to any supermarket, restaurants, and Outlet Mall Ashibinaa! We stayed in August, and every evening we watched local musicians and dance groups perform by the pool. You can enjoy the music and the show. Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection for every taste, Japanese, Okinawan, and European cuisine. Large pool, the kids really like it.

There is a mildew smell in the elevators, the carpeting probably needs to be updated.

My son loved the pool and waterslide, My wife and I enjoyed the service and food. The facilities were clean and satisfactory. Room was a nice size.

It's hard to say anything, to be honest. The only thing might be the price of the dinner buffet a little too much, as there is nothing else around to choose from, so I understand. Oh, and the kids' playground and facilities in front of their private beach really need updating and fixing, but there are plenty of other options to keep you busy anyway.

I love the quiet location. With a rental car it’s not hard to go places. The view and quiet beaches is so relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband and I have stayed here 4 years in a row. It is home away from home for us. The lounge service was top notch as always. Adding in a continental breakfast was great. It was nice to have another choice for breakfast.

Well we used to get a welcome candy plate but didn’t get one this year. I felt unwelcome. LOL. Also they went to cheaper hairbrushes and amenities so lowered the value. One more thing for the 1st time our room meal food was cold when it was delivered. That was disappointing because it has always been good.

Buffet breakfast is great, beds are comfortable, it is always good to have a room with a balcony.

Carpark is a bit far away so it is inconvenience. The hotel is located a bit remote and is in the middle of nowhere. On the last day of our stay, the restaurant was full so the staff guided us to have breakfast in another room nearby, claiming that everything (food, service etc.) is the same. However, the choice of food was much less and the room was quite primitive comparing to the restaurant we used to have breakfast. This arrangement should be improved.

We decided to stay and relax here for a couple of nights due to a friend's wedding being held in the small chapel at the hotel. The wide, spacious lobby with the view of the ocean and pool makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. I felt that the hotel was well managed and very accommodating to guest with babies or children. I appreciated having the baby bed, bed guard, and baby bath very much for my 8 month old. Also, you can ask to borrow a stroller from the front desk which was nice. The large gift shop was also wonderful and convenient for purchasing souvenirs, drinks, snacks, and baby items such as diapers and soap(bring your own baby food and snacks). This saves time from buying them at the airport as you can pack it before you check out. Our meal at the restaurant on the 1F was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was nice. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet had a lot of assortment and was delicious overall. The indoor pool was heated and nice for swimming with kids or relaxing in the hot tub. The garden pool is kept clean and had fun on the water slide. The beach and water front access is superb. Loved how the hotel provided towels for the pool and beach.

After staying for 3 nights, the air in the hotel was very dry. Due to that, it was hard to sleep and woke up with itchy throats. It would have been nice if the hotel provided a water and refreshments for guests in the lobby to everyone not just JTB premium lounge members. More vegetarian options would have been nice and maybe some baby food and baby snacks sold in the gift shop. Overall, I would visit this hotel again.

It was a wonderful beach resort. We had the Ocean view room and it was beautiful. There was a balcony as well. The pool was nice and the beach was close by. It is really nice that the beach area was protected from Jellyfish. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous. There was a store at the Hotel itself which was practical. There were options to dine at the Hotel or to order a delivery. You do need to travel out to attractions by taxi/car.
