A nice large room, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is away from the hustle and bustle which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you came to do. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Namba station. I had stayed there previously, and will probably do so in the future as well.

The room could use some freshning up. Bathroom counter was stained and so were the tiles in the shower. This is not super important in the grand scheme of things, but it you are going to charge over 200$/night repairing/fixing these little details goes a long way.

The location was great as we could easy drive to all of our destinations with ease. We could also use public transportation easily for those who wanted to go out while others stayed in. It was a great location near Namba. The beds were really comfy.

Everything was great with the stay until the hotel tried to unexpectedly bill us for charges on check out. We paid for our stay through booking.com up front. They should have billed us up front at the time of check in if we had not if the full amount for the breakfast each night made through booking.com was not sufficient. We had showed them our reservation we had made and questioned why they were billing us on the back end. It was very unprofessional of them to do that especially as we asked them to resolve all costs at check in. We paid the parking and tax at time of check in. Also, they had already issued us the breakfast tickets, so we thought we were all set. It made us not trust them.

- Room was very modern, clean and well lit - Room was spacious even with 2 big suitcases - we also really appreciated the large couch and seating area near the door - Walkable distance to Dotonbori and Namba - Bed was comfortable and large - Staff were helpful - Toilet was separate to the shower room which we personally prefer - Free water refill station next to reception

- About a 7-10 min walk to the nearest station which is abit tough in summer with luggage - 2 washing machines and dryers for the whole hotel was not enough and was always busy so we ended up having to wait a while for them to free up

Modern and clean hotel not too far from Namba attractions but for the price I would expect more - you cannot use the (automatic) coffee machine or even access cutlery without paying extra (865 yen for a set of cutlery) only drinking water refill available was in the gym, and although this wouldn't matter for a vacation, you also couldn't access the co-working space without paying extra unless you held a certain tier of Marriott membership. I am a member but apparently booking through a third party website (booking.com) means your membership is disregarded.

A relatively big hotel. The entrance lobby was nice, with a seating area and with coffee making facilities, although for a fee. The staff at check-in was kind. The room was large enough for us and nicely decorated. The room had a small sofa and a small table. The TV was quite large. The bathroom was separated from the toilet and the sink. There was a corner with a refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. There was a designated place to hang clothes, and a shelf for a suitcase. There was also an iron and ironing board. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. There was a laundry facility in the hotel and also a gym. The hotel was in a good location, close to Namba train station and JR Namba station. Lots of shopping and restaurants around Namba station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It was perfect for me! Great location near Namba station, shopping mall and shopping street. Very nice breakfast- good variety, tasty starters with seafood, they make omelette and other egg dishes for you. I really loved the room. In some reviews guests write that sink looks strange in the middle of the room and there is no space to put your belongings. I don’t agree - the room is really spacious and you have moving wall. So you can have different zones - shower + dressing room, bedroom and living room / study (there is nice table with sofa). Excellent cleaning of course! Very convenient bed - mattress, pillow, linen.

Staff at reception could be more knowledgeable about touristic questions (directions, supermarkets).

Stayed for 7 nights - Hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and some can speak English. Although the price point is higher, the rooms are definitely more spacious compared to the usual in Japan and facilities are great. Location is convenient - it is around 10-15 min walk to and from the train stations and also you can walk directly to Dotonbori as well. No shuttle service but Airport bus and Airport train is around 10-13 min walk from the hotel.

Buffet food selection and hotel gym can be improved and more selection on the hotel ‘store’. Also, no shuttle service and a bit of a language barrier. Still more convenient if you know some Japanese.

A perfect though stay in Osaka. Situated within just minutes of the Namba station. This puts you near most of Osaka's great attractions such as Dotonbori. The hotel itself is however situated in a slightly more quiet neighborhood so if you're looking to stay in a bustling place this might not be your first pick. The hotel itself however is very modern and clean and the staff seems very capable in guiding you around the city. This is important as during my 3 weeks stay in Japan seemed to be a bit hit or miss mostly because of limited ability of some staff to speak English. I found the room to be very well designed and felt very spacious even though it space offered was fairly standard, space around the bed sink and couch were comfortable and the rain shower was a nice touch.

If you travel by train or subway as you exit Namba station you will first find yourself at the heart of a very lively area but you'll have to walk a little bit along the open wide roads of the city before you reach the hotel. Namba station is also very big so it can be a bit challenging if it's your first time in Osaka to find the right exit and shortest route to the hotel. View from the room is nothing special as you're staring at another brick building but you can see somewhat into the Osaka horizon from the edge of the window.

Conveniently located hotel that was both close to the action in Namba but also far enough away that it was quiet and easy to access the hotel which we appreciated a lot. The room was very comfortable and had a good floor plan, and the bed was spacious. We greatly appreciate the gym and laundry facilities. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the public spaces were clean and well maintained, all-in-all everything about our stay was great!

No complaints - we had a great stay.

Great location. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby and there are plenty. There’s no bath tub in the room but there’s a very nice public bath within 10 min walk from the hotel. Only 5min walk to Namba‘s large department stores and shops. The room was clean and beautiful. Everything was optimised to save space. An iron, hair dryer, amenities etc everything you need is prepared. The staff is all very nice and helpful. Wonderful experience and we’ll definitely come back again!

The “do not disturb” buttons were a little confusing. A bit of explanation could be made or written.
