I like that the family room was had beds that was high so we could store our luggages! The bunk bed was a plus for my kids! All the amenities, coffee, tooth brush, slippers, sleeping clothes! The bathroom was a little dangerous. There was a step entering the bathroom so if you didn’t know it was there you can trip and fall! The water pressure was great! Nothing like that in US hotels! It was also walking distance to dotonbori and that was a plus! Close to konbinis! Luggage service was great!

The AC was weak! They charged really high in taxes! I booked the room at $900+ ended up paying around $1300 +. They should have just included it in the room rate! It’s misleading! No microwave in the room needed to go to the 2nd floor to use it!

The location is convenient to Namba Station and accessible to convenience store. It's also a few minutes walk to Dotonbori :) The room that we got was spacious enough for 2 people. The beds were comfortable and you can store the luggages under the bed.

I think there's a new policy for hotels about housekeeping (tho still not sure about it, gotta do some research). We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights and never got our room (even bathroom) cleaned. They only changed the towels and collected the garbage if you put the 'simple cleaning' tag outside the door by 11am. It got a bit uncomfortable since we even have to wash our own mugs in the morning if we want to drink coffee, for instance. The staff also don't speak much English so we had a difficult time communicating with them.

Location was really close to Nankai Namba station, so taking the rapi:t train to and from KIX was easy. Namba subway station with access to a few lines is also easily walkable, so its a great base to explore Osaka and Nara. Was able to leave luggage at lobby as we were too early for check-in, and when we returned, the bags are already in the rooms. There are only 3 coin laundry washer/dryer, but was lucky that I happen to always find an available machine when I needed it. The twin rooms were big and clean and everything was new and well-maintained.

Directions from the hotel was not very helpful in finding the hotel. Was told to go out from the North entrance of Namba station and walk for 2 minutes .. but needed Google maps to actually find the place, as it is not visible from the entrance.

1. 1 minute away from 3 trains stations. 2. 1 train away from Namba station, meaning you are 1 train from the airport. 3. Beds are super comfy. 4. So many freebies like instant coffee, toiletries, etc 5. Clean bathroom. 6. Fast and reliable internet. Important for digital nomads! 7. Towels are being replaced daily. 8. Staffs can speak english enough to bridge the gaps 9. Coin-operated laundry machines are super helpful plus it has english instructions. 10. There 3 combinis and local restaurants around the hotel.

Not that I don't like it, but it would be super awesome if you could have microwave ovens per room. This doesn't break the experience or anything.

The location is great - next to NAMBA Station and an entry point nearby. Additional amenities were provided near the front desk so it was easy to grab what we need on the way in and out. Free coffee/ tea in front of the front desk. Laundry machines also convenient and easy to use. Got a kid’s amenities pack too from the front counter.

Only a small thing, which is that they didn’t provide a towel for my child (we booked a three sharing room) we asked for one more the first day but as we came back late the second day, we didn’t have a chance to ask the staff.

Incredible location. Would definitely stay there again. Namba station access literally around the corner, 2 Family Marts within 1 min walk. Vending machines at the entrance. A stroll to Dotonbori Street and the Glico man! Easy access to literally anywhere in Osaka. We did a Day trip to Kyoto and a day trip to Nara. Would definitely recommend using Grids as a base for day trips.

The rooms were small, with no space for luggage. That said, I’ve never had any different in the big cities of Japan!

My rating for this hotel would actually be an 8.5 if I could better control the rating. Location was fantastic! It was nice to have laundry facilities to use in the hotel for a longer trip (laundry detergent was even automatic in the machine). My friend and I appreciated that the beds are higher off the ground and allowed us to easily store our open suitcases beneath them to help with the small room space.

Small improvement that could be made is to add a clothesline in the bathroom to hang dry clothes, especially since the hotel has laundry facilities for guests to use.

I looked for a city hotel that next to Namba, as I took a dawn flight to KIX and wanted to reach the hotel to leave my baggage asap. So this hotel met my expectation while it is clean, comfy, looks new, modern, with good location and friendly services (baggage storage, currency exchange, etc.). The breakfast smelled good too though I didn't try. Walkable distance (10 mins) to Kizu Market was also a good reason for me to have chose this hotel.

Noisy lobby. The baggage zone is a bit too big and open. Looks like a very busy hotel that may deteriorate the coziness if you are traveling for leisure purpose.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Hotel. The Hotel was very close to Airport Limousine Bus Stop to Itami Airport. Literally just 2 minutes walk. We booked the family room type B, which have big corner window, bunk bed, small coffee table & small bed bench that we can use as additional 'dining chair'. Our 1st time was in family room type A. Similar furniture arrangement, but smaller room & limited window view. Hotel was clean, vast selection of amenities, they have their own brand of coffee & tea, tastes good. Also have their own cafe, but havent got the chance to try. Breakfast have both Japanese & Western food, both have good selection & tastes good. Close to Takashimaya Namba, to Dottonbori, Shinsaibashi, but still quite at night since its closer to business district. Namba Yasaka Jinja is also walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if going to Osaka.

A microwave in the family room will give more strength point. Currently have to go to 2nd floor to heat baby food (its on the same place as coin laundry, so it doesnt feel hygiene)

The location of this hotel was so convenient. Being so close to key locations and not to mention having the subway 2 minutes away was great for making travelling around the city easier. The hotel changed our towels and emptied our trash daily, which wasn’t something I really thought would make much of a difference, but did. The staff themselves were so friendly and tried their best to help despite the language barrier.

The rooms are on the smaller side. But in saying that, we managed to squeeze 4 adults in and still be very comfortable. You will just have to take turns opening suitcases.
