I liked the sochu in the lobby & the washer/dryer in the hotel. It would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby. It was very helpful to have the nice English-speaking front desk person from Nepal there when we checked in since we don’t speak Japanese. Also, the light with dimmer switch & outlet by my bed as well as the bunk bed was really nice. I could have my light on when I stayed up later than my husband who slept on the top bunk, without keeping the room light on.

It would be helpful to have a layout of the rooms with dimensions & beds drawn in to scale. Our first room was smaller than we expected.

We appreciate very much the nice and courteous staffs. The room is clean. The place is walking distance from a grocery store and the Namba train station. There was no cable TV though for international channels but I think it was not clearly indicated in the hotel description, so it is ok.

Not that we did not like it but it would be better if we have international cable (english) channels like news and a bit of sports channels or movie channels even if they are only viewable at night. Room size is a bit generous. I hope it is a little larger.

The location was easy to find from Namba station and convenient if you want to go to Dotombori area.

Last call for breakfast is at 9:30am so I wish breakfast was served for a little later

Hotel seems newly built, about 2 mins walk from exit 32 of namba Station. However if you have luggages, pls exit from exit 30 as there's lift. There is a big Lawson opp exit 32 so can get drinks/food from there. If you follow Google maps, there is a shortcut from namba takashimaya. Hotel check in was efficient and staff could speak English well. We could only check in at 3pm but we could leave our luggage there and go shopping before coming back to check in. We booked a bunk bed room for 3 adults and its, tiny. Lucky we stayed for 2 nights only. Great if you only come back to sleep and not stay in room because it's really tiny. Room and toilet were clean. Water pressure and temperature were stable. Room was sound proof. Tv had no English channels but seems like it's the same everywhere in Japan. There's an area at the lobby where you can use the microwave and area for free for your meals or just to hang out. Check out was also easy and efficient. Would recommend to those who don't mind the small room as it's convenient.

I liked that the location is near (maybe around 2-3 mins) Namba Station (Exit 32). There is a nearby 24-hour supermarket and parks. I haven't tried their laundry service, but there is a nearby coin laundry. The hotel is clean! I agree with the other reviews that it is a bit small compared to hotels in other countries, but it's ok. I can still open large-size luggage. We stayed in a bunk bed, and my 5-year-old child loved it!

Located near Namba Rail. good for those who plan to go Nara. There is a supermarket beside the station. Very convenient. BUT it’s abit distance from the subways. Great hotel that provides freeflow of drinks at lobby. No room service but they offer to change of towels daily.

Good location close to Namba station and Dotombori area. Staff is nice and friendly. Even though language might be a barrier, they made all the effort to understand us and resolve any issues. Good bang for the buck.

Even though rooms are small, everything else is compensated by good service and friendly staff.

Staff were great and accommodating. Location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Although the rooms were very small (which you can tell from the photos), there's a communal area on the first floor where you can eat and relax. They even have free umeshu and alcohol. For the price, I have no complains.

Staffs very great. They’ re gentle and helpful. The hotel close to exit 32 but if you’re from the airport it’ s pretty difficult to find exit 32. You can walk around there to find the popular places. And I love that I can leave my luggages before check in and after check out. Next time in Osaka We will book this hotel again for sure.

The lobby is open and clean, free refreshments were available downstairs. Location was good, but not super central. Front desk staff was so friendly and kind and helpful. Room itself feels pretty clean, bathroom was very clean.

Rooms were a bit small but that is to be expected. Very good value stay.
