We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka! The location is great, just a short walk from Exit 5 of Namba Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is filled with shops, dining options, and attractions. Right across the street is the Namba Parks shopping centre, offering a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Dotonbori is also just a short stroll away via Namba Walk, so you're perfectly situated for sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient for longer stays. I also really appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning—it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka for anyone visiting Osaka—great location, excellent amenities, and friendly service!

We recently stayed at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka for three nights, booking two rooms for our family of four plus two grandparents. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and featured nice views from the 10th floor. The location was quite convenient—only about a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, making it easy to get around. It took about 30 minutes by train to get to Universal Studios Japan. The staff were very polite and efficient, and the in-room washer/dryer and kitchen were extremely convenient for our family. Overall, it’s a nice place and I’d gladly stay here again.

Breakfast selection was on the small side compared to some other places, but still sufficient and delicious.

Stay was great and in fact Frasers was highly recommended by a friend. It exceeded our expectation. Was also pleasant to be informed by the staff that a guest cancellation of 2 bedroom executive and checked if I wanted to switch to 2 bedroom instead of 2 x 1 bedroom executive. This allowed all family members to be together in same apartment. It was indeed a nice gesture from the hotel to inform me and letting me know the amount extra to top up. Fraser Residence is also near to Namba station, 5min walk away and 10min walk to the very happening Dontonburi. We always did our shopping and dropped our purchases and out we went out again. It was super convenient 😀. Breakfast variety is almost same all days but I am not picky, enough to keep me full. Love the o Osaka juice the hotel prepared every morning-like a banana milk shake. But fret not if you need variety, there are also many other breakfast options around the vicinity too. 2 Family marts are just across the road. Food is never an issue in this area. Last but not least, the washer and dryer is great for the family. We always washed clothes in the night and all ready by morning.

The Frasier Residence Inn was an EXCELLENT choice for Osaka! I had read about it in a blog and heard it booked up early, so I was glad to get a room. We booked a Deluxe Studio with king bed and kitchen. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it was still GREAT! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first hotel that had plenty of closet and drawer space for our clothes. It was also so nice to have a washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. There are some sirens nearby, but we are always prepared with our white noise machine. I think I would request a view of the street in front since our view just overlooked the alley, which was still fine. The location is fantastic with a very short walk from Namba Station, exit 5, and a close walk to Dotonbori, a mall with everything, and a lot of places to eat, and everything. Great having the train so close too. Ippudo ramen is right across the street! I loved having the breakfast in their small restaurant every morning. Such a wide variety of food and the staff is so very friendly and want to make you happy. I looked forward to going each morning, and it made it so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Maybe the view, but everything else was EXCELLENT

Our stay at the Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka was wonderful! We were delighted from the first moment we walked up to the front desk and were warmly greeted by front desk staff! The property itself was perfectly located - close to the Namba train station and in the heart of the Namba district. The room was spacious, well equipped, and included a kitchenette and washing machine. The beds were very comfortable! But what continued to impress us was the fact all the staff - most especially the front desk staff - continually went above and beyond to make certain were had all that we needed and were comfortable in their hotel. They truly were service and guest oriented for which we were grateful!

The room was very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, perfect for families with kids. There are two bathrooms, both with excellent water pressure. The first bathroom had a particularly impressive showerhead, providing a very comfortable and enjoyable shower experience. It was very near to Namba Station which made it easy when we arrived and departed for the airport. Near to malls and eateries and we could just walk all the way to Dotomburi via road or the underground stations. The staff were very friendly and helplful. It was rather easy to converse because they can speak english. Will definitely choose this hotel when i visit Osaka again

Wonderful hotel and facilities - amazing area. Very central. Breakfast was very good. Lounge on 2nd floor, hot / dry sauna and gym were very good also. Rooms were comfortable with nice bed. The room we had was very nice. Having a washer / dryer in the room really helps. You can bring less clothes. The kitchenette and dinner table make you feel at home. The staff always greet you when you enter the lobby (either from the elevator or from the street). They offer things like umbrellas, towels to wipe your hair if you are wet, etc. They are so thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. We really wanted to also recognize Misako at the front desk. She was so helpful, kind and caring. She really ensured that our stay was top notch. She helped us with restaurant reservations, travel tips, and looked after us during our stay. Thank you again!

Breakfast area was a bit cramped but just take your time with the food and don't move or turn around too quickly. Breakfast foods were delicious!

The unit was awesome. I had booked 1 unit of two room executive apartment and 1 unit of executive studio King unit. Literally, all staffs i had met over here were friendly. Every question we asked f was answered friendly. Breakfast was top notch. I saw some previous reviews stating long queue for breakfast and limited variety of food options during breakfast. However, throughout my 4 nights stay with 2 elderly and 2 kids here, we had never need to queue for breakfast. Of course, some of the items were repeated, such as SiewMai, rice, porridge, passeterries, but most of the main dish option changes daily. I will definitely revisit this unit whenever I need to come to Osaka. Yet, the location is strategic, walking distance to Namba station, stone throw away from Ramen, Yakiniku and Yakitori spots.

The property is right across the street from Namba Station and about a 10 minute walk from Dotonbori. The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and even brought our luggage to our room as we arrived earlier than the normal check in time. It was so nice to have our luggage waiting for us in our room and they even brought us some wine and chocolate and a heartfelt card to congratulate us on our honeymoon. The apartment itself was a one bedroom and very spacious. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The washer/dryer in our apartment worked perfectly and it was super easy to use and nice to have clean clothes for the rest of our trip here in Japan. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!
