The room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out our luggage without tripping over anything. The room was very modern, with central control of all room functions from a tablet located between the beds. Really loved the location right outside the main shopping street so you have the convenience without the in your face crowds. We appreciated that the elevator took you right into the metro station. Also, even though there was construction outside, which the hotel warned us about, we never heard a thing. We didn't even hear the motorbikes zooming on the streets.

We first walked past this hotel on our last trip to Osaka. We were drawn to the aesthetic of the exterior building. When we did our stay here, we had an exceptional time. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in and check out process was smooth. The room we stayed in was open, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was full of variety with a mix of Asian/Western foods for breakfast. The location was extremely convenient with it being close to Dotonbori, not to mention the entrance of the subway station track was right on the basement of the property.

In love with the atmosphere . they put in toilet bath salt 🛀🏻 so after we enjoyed our tour we come back the hotel to do our own relaxation 😌 the check in was smooth -well organized it will be my favorite hotel in osaka 🥰 -location : infront of namba station(osaka) 🚉 3-5min walking -near dotonbori area (street food) 5-10 min walking. - shops and shopping mall (OIOI ) infront of the hotel. -on the same building there is 24/7 supermarkets (family mart )

Beautifully appointed rooms, large twin size beds and great bathrooms with dual style shower heads (the one right above you and then regular) with really good pressure. We appreciated the complimentary abundant bottled water every day - I think it was at least 4 bottles. Accessories are in the rooms to charge your phones, laptops etc and are very much appreciated. Namba train station is literally underneath at basement level via hotel lift and there is also access via doorway by the lifts to a handy mart convenience store.

The pillows are terribly thin and uncomfortable but i think this might be the norm in Japan

Very clean and new facilities, comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is excellent, especially if you're taking the rapit airport transfer to/from kansai international airport. We also liked that it was within walking distance from dotonburi and kuromon market, so plenty of food nearby.

Hotel could consider having water filters alongside ice machines on each floor, instead of providing new bottles of water everyday. This would probably be more environmentally friendly in the long term.

The location is so convenient, connects to the underground areas to trains/subways. This made getting to the hotel after arriving by train or departing for our train especially easy. The hotel is new so is very clean and we were especially happy with all the convenient charging areas for devices. Plenty of charging locations in the room for devices, both near the bed (most important) and also other areas. They even provide a USB hub and cables for different types of connectors in case you don't have enough or forgot your own. The tablet used to control everything from lighting to temperature to alarms was also very convenient. Right by the bed so you everything is easily within reach even after you've settled in for the night. This may seem minor but the large area where they hold luggage (if you have a late departure and need to leave suitcases with them longer) and the large bench there is GREAT for travelers that need space to readjust their luggage before catching a flight. It is connected to a convenience store--in case you need drinks, or snacks.

It is in a busy area that's why the location is so convenient. But because it is a busy area it can get noisy even late in the evening. Sometimes the noise is fun like entertainers singing on the streets. Other times it is obnoxious like really loud motorcycles revving up just to be loud. It was okay for us but people very sensitive to noise should be aware.

Centrally located right near the railway station, the location couldn't have been better. We caught the train to/from the airport, to the Formula 1 and to other cities on day trips, and loved the direct access to the subway beneath the hotel. It is close to the popular market and food areas in Osaka, and staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke English) to assist with the Takhuiban service. The room was not small (for a Japanese room) and very comfortable, even with a daybed and small desk for us to work. We would stay here again!

Arriving directly from the subway at night, it was a little confusing to navigate through the subway system to the entrance of the hotel from where the airport train stops several hundred metres away. For nervous travellers or anyone with small children / older family members, I would recommend a taxi or car transfer from the airport upon arrival.

Great location - close to many activities and city center. It has simple and super fast access to the subway - literally has its own entrance which was great. The rooms are specious and comfy and super clean

Please disregard the previous review which was mistakenly for another hotel on our trip - sorry! Location & ambience of Royal Classic Osaka was great being directly above Namba station. Enormous and uncluttered 1F entrance & front desk areas. Direct lift to subway super convenient. Lift response much quicker than most other hotels. Additional security door from lift lobby to rooms was an additional security measure rarely seen. Premium room one of the most comfortable & convenient of the many we've used in Japan in this price range. Good use of space in well laid-out & equipped modern bathroom. Plenty of customised bench space with numerous power outlets. Easy to use coffee machine with 8 instead of the stingy 2 pods found in most hotels. Excellent touchscreen panel for a/c & lighting vs the often confusing myriad of dated buttons found in most hotels. Good up & down lighting provided a nice room ambience. The interior designer & management obviously gave a lot of thought to traveller comfort & needs. Free minibar in the Premium was a nice bonus, even though we aren't drinkers. My wife loved the expensive Dyson hair dryer in addition to the conventional one. Front desk staff were very professional yet friendly & helpful. Had a great stay & could've easily stayed another week.

Honestly couldn't fault it in any respect.

1. THE LOCATION. It is accessible via exit 12 of Namba station which was right beside the gantry we exited from. We just had to take the lift up to level 11 to check-in at the front desk. VERY CONVENIENT. 2. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. 3. I really liked that the room was a mix of modern and tradition aesthetic with the inclusion of traditional Japanese wooden sliding windows separating the toilet windows from the room.

Wished the views weren’t blocked by the metal pillars from the outside but it wasn’t too off putting.
