The room was very spacious and clean.
I was a little confused with the check-in process. I had already fully paid for the room prior to check-in; however had to line up at a vending machine to receive my key and also pay an additional 100yen tax. My recommendation would be to just put that additional tax in the price when ordering the room - it just seems a little embarrassing for the hotel to put their hand out for such an insignificant amount of tax on check-in. This laborious process has never occurred at any other hotel I have stayed at…. once again; a little embarrassing…..

There was no breakfast included. There was a problem with my reservation: they had given my room to someone else. So, my room was upgraded at no extra price. It was lovely. <3 I would stay there again.

We like this no-nonsense and comfortable hotel. We have stayed here several times.
There's a fire station across the road from the hotel. We were not bothered by the sirens. However, light sleepers should choose a room that does not face the front.

Poor management:::: I had to stay at the lobby for 2 hours waiting to check in at 3pm and check out at 7:30 pm . i informed the staff that I won’t spend night at the hotel . I needed early check in to shower and rest since I had to travel at night .But they refused. i proposed to pay extra money because I really need few hours of sleep before my trip but the rather preferred I stayed at the lobby for 2 hours while vacant rooms were available. then checked in at 3:00 pm checked out 7:30 pm same day …. Hotel management needs to be flexible in other to accommodate customers needs

The location was excellent. We liked the toilet and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the cleaning is done every day. The staff was nice and courteous.

It’s got everything you need! They provide pyjamas, free amenities like toothbrush, shaver, body scrub towels, face cotton, cotton buds etc! I also like that they have an automatic check-in/check-out machine. Never seen it before.

Ask for a room not facing the street as there is a fire station across the street and it can be heard.
