Location was very good with easy train access to the various places in Osaka that I wanted to visit and I could take a direct train to Kyoto where I was going next. Easy access to Dotonburi Street. The eateries around the hotel were good too.

The rooms were a tad small but it was mentioned at time of booking so no fault of the hotel. Nonetheless, it was clean and had a private bathroom which was my request. Nothing really that I didn't like.

The location is very convenient to train station, shopping plaza, Osaka Castle etc. The staff were extremely helpful in many ways, including getting us a taxi in the rain at rush hours. There are coin operated laundry on two floors for patrons.

Breakfast hour in the hotel restaurant starts at 7:30 am and was a bit late for us, but there are alternative eateries near the hotel.

Compact rooms which 2 people can sleep in. Fridge, kettle etc. quite small bathroom however serviceable. Good value for the price. Very close to Ōsaka castle and Temmabashi station so great for exploring.

Needed a little more of a deep clean with a little dust behind doors. Windows in the 2 rooms we were in didn’t open for fresh air so room felt a little stuffy overnight and quite warm.

Great location, right next door to the subway station. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, and it was nice to just pick up free amenities at the front desk. The breakfast was good too. The room was a bit small, but it served perfectly as a place just to sleep. So we didn't mind at all. Keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. We only had backpacks, and it was tight to fit. Overall, nice accommodation.

The location is perfect. It is close to the subway, shopping centre , familymart, lawson, osaka castle and etc. It is easy to check in and check out by self service. The hotel provides all kind of amenities like toothbrush, face cream and tea. The staff is kind.

The room was kind of small and the window could not be opened.

The location was ideal as it was close to the train station and mall. We walked to tourist locations and train stops so extremely convenient. Room was pleasant too.

There was a strange odor from the toilet, kind of like sewage, that came and went.

The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We managed to check in early (we'd been travelling for 18 hours and wanted to shower) at an additional cost. The amenities include toothbrushes, tea and slippers which are free. the room is small but comfortable for 1 night.

The soundproofing wasn't fantastic, I could hear a nearby guest snoring and the road noise.

Simple and clean, used to be very quiet years ago, now there are more tourists staying here. As clean as ホテル京阪 天満橋駅前 They are both good hotels to stay in. Keihan Tenmabashi has smaller rooms.

The stairs at the front is an obstacle. I hope the hotel can install an elevator or escalator at the front.

It is very near from the station. Only a few minutes walk. Also Osaka castle is in the walking distance. Hotel is very basic but very clean and all function. Bed is very nice and I had good night! Breakfast has a lots of choice from Japanese and continental. It was fun.

Great and helpful staff at the front desk. Very accommodating during a heavy typhoon. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Like everyone says here, it was a bit narrow, but that wasn't a big deal. The extractor fan in the shower could have been a bit stronger too.
