Location wise the hotel is accessible by 3 lines with JR and subway station right next to it, plus Hanshin station within a 10 mins walking distance. Added benefits are the public bath (indoor and outdoor) and complimentary drink and snack station in the lobby. Breakfast offers sashimi, spaghetti, curry rice, ramen etc yet western options are limited.

No laundry facilities and check out time at 10am is a bit too early.

Another great location, right next to Taishō station. There are loads of great food options in the area. The station being nearby made getting around extremely convenient - especially heading to Univeral Studios and Napa. The room was clean and quiet. Good shower and air-con. We appreciated the teas and small snacks in the lobby area.

The twin room was definitely on the small side for two people to stay in, but this wasn't too much of a problem if we kept things tidy.

It was well located next to the train station and there were plenty of food options. The hotel was very nice. Rooms were small which is to be expected in Japan. There was no where for your bags though so we slept with them on the bed. Loved the refreshment station in the lobby. Breakfast was great.

Room a little small as most hotel rooms are in Japan but very comfortable. Might cause a problem if you have a lot of luggage. The location is what makes this hotel ideal, both the Japan Rail circle line and a subway station are located within spitting distance of the hotel making travel around and out of Osaka easy.

The coffee machine in the lobby needed more attention although having one there was nice.

Very easy access to the JR Taisho train station, 1 min away. Nice public bath especially the outdoor ones on a cold night. English speaking staff. Room comfortable with aircon. Tea and Coffee bar downstairs with nice place inside and outside to sit and relax. Overall great deal for what you get.

Some facilities like the lifts and the outside of the hotel look a bit old.

Location was excellent. Right below the loop line, so easy to get everywhere especially Universal. It was clean and facilities were good. The bed was firm, not uncomfortable firm and pillow was okay. Breakfast was a good basic buffet. AC in room was good and there was a remote for the lights which was nice.

It was very close to station It was very clean and the cleaners didnt touched the set up of our stuff

The hot chocolate from free drink machine didnt came out well...just a tint of chocolate powder and hot water.

Hot spa level 2for the ladies level 3 for the men, good variety of food for breakfast,staff were good and friendly but slight problem communicating not all had a good command of English, hotel close to many good local restaurants

The rooms were a little pokey and warm at night

Very near to JR station, and there are covenient store and restraunts just around the hotel. It's very easy for us to go to USJ by JR. And I recommend the hotel for short stay.

The room is a little bit small as usually, if you have bigger suitcases, then it maybe cramped.

The room was a nice size for one person and was convenient to the local train station to access many of the sights around Osaka. Universal Studios Japan is also not too far on the train either. The breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of options from Japanese style of fish, rice, and ramen to continental with pancakes, toast, roasted potatoes, and sausage.
