I really like that the room, twin sharing, had a big enough space not only for the 2 of us but for our luggage was well. Also really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Felt secure that they technically locked the main doors at midnight, allowing only those with access keys to enter. Also appreciate the free drinks at night, and the free flowing coffee/tea.

While it is generally central, and the train stations can be walked, but it wasn't as near as I would imagine and hope them to be - especially if I will travel back with children (smaller feet and shorter legs). For young adults to middle aged people, location is near enough.

It has everything I need for a solo traveller. The room was also super comfortable and everything worked (and had the only fridge, of the 9 hotels I stayed in on this trip, that didn't hum loudly in the middle of the night). Bathroom has many different bottles of cleaners for hair, face and body. Breakfast was repetitive but for this price, it sufficed. The hotel also has free drinks service between 3pm and 12am which was a blessing when needing to work or waiting for laundry.

There was only 1 coin laundry and drier and you typically need 2 drying cycles to properly dry a 4-5kg load.

Wonderful quiet location very close to 2 metro lines (Namba JR and Sakuragawa line). The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have a free bicycle rental for day use and free umbrella rental for day use (make sure to bring them back!). They also have free drink service for the majority of the day with coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. Amenities are lovely with extras in case you forgot things like razors, etc. The rooms are what I expected for a Japanese hotel room - small but every space is utilized efficiently, with a nice deep tub in bathroom. The room and common areas are clean. Bonus: Dotonbori and Namba Walk are just a short walk away, easily walkable with hilly areas or stairs, thus accessible for most people. They also offered a makeup touch-up station in the lobby for people who forgot their makeup, etc. I thought it was a nice, thoughtful touch to their service. If you have big luggage, it will be difficult to store/unpack and organize in some of the rooms due to space. This isn't a reflection on Hotel Links, just a general find in Japanese hotel rooms. Pack lightly!

Location was good as it was close to Namba OCAT station as the airport limousine bus dropped off and picked up there, short walk to the hotel (5 mins). Room was small but clean, i struggled a bit with space with my big luggage and was by myself. Bathroom was small but had really good amenities. Free coffee/tea downstairs and self-service laundry. I didn't have any breakfast during my stay there. Staff were super helpful and really polite - They also kept my big suitcase whilst I went to Kyoto for 3 days (i had return booking with them).

The room could have been bigger.

Stayed for 4 nights in Dec 24. We liked the Japanese style breakfast. The service staff makes us feel warm and welcomed when we are having our breakfast everyday. The room is not too small compare to several hotels nearby. it is super shine and clean. Room is equipped with purifier and moisturiser, you will need it as Dec is super cold and dry in Osaka. Location is great as it is only 5 min walk from Namba OCAT Station ( a transport hub with airport transfer, metro and JR line) and it had lots of eatery nearby within 3 to 10 min walk. In Namba OCAT station, there are a lot of eateries, mart and shops for shopping, In addition, it’s about 15 min walk to Dontobori and Shinsaibashi. It is also pretty easy to travel to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara via OCAT etc.

It’s very clean, good size for a solo traveller. There is a family mart nearby and a discount store. Very quiet. There’s a near Korean Pojangmacha in the area. It has basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, gel lotion, oil make up remover, milk face wash. The street going to the station has a mini park where you can enjoy the cherry blossoms!

The AC was centralized so you cannot control the temparature. Quite a walk to a center station (Namba) about 8-10 mins but it was okay because I came during an ok weather. About 20 mins walk to Shinsabashi, Dotonbori.

The staff members at Hotel Links Namba were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were able to answer guests' questions promptly and even assisted me in shipping my luggage through Yamato. Understanding that I couldn't comprehend Japanese forms and writing, one of the staff members kindly filled out the Yamato shipping form on my behalf. Even after checking out, the staff at Hotel Links Namba continued to patiently respond to my messages regarding my Yamato shipping and helping me find my lost AirPods. I highly recommend their exceptional service.

Great location with several different stations close by, whereas the biggest one would be the Namba JR one. Also conveniently located to explore Dotonbori on foot with being approx. 15min away. Great selection of bath Facilities, both in the room itself or for pick-up based on personal preference in the lobby. We also appreciated the free drink selection in the afternoon.

Though the window was shut in my room it didn't isolate well.

It is a bit far from the subway. Yet if you take Exit 31 from the subway station, you don't have to walk through most of the street. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is spacious when compared with other major city's hotel rooms and the room price is reasonable.

Breakfast is a bit modest. It is better to have more varieties. However the food tastes good.

Very good value for money. Totally met my expectations for a single traveler. Clean and tidy, small quaint room suitable for 1 person. My room would be a little crowded for 2 people with lots of luggage but was perfect for me. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel all in abundance amongst other amenities. There was even a half-size bathtub. Eco-friendly so you can hang a sign to indicate no cleaning needed that day, but even then they would provide you with fresh towels and toothbrush. No breakfast which was good for me - I was going to dine out anyway. Staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good English, and responded promptly to my request via Booking.com which answered my question. All in all a great stay!

It's a business hotel so of course cannot expect the location to be as convenient as the tourist hotels right in heart of Namba. That's really the only major downside. The Sakuragawa metro station is just 3 minutes' walk away though. The longer stroll to Namba is also pleasant in good weather. Some ambulance sirens going on throughout - maybe because there's a hospital nearby? I'm a deep sleeper so it didn't bother me much but just take note.
