This is a budget hotel. The room just for you to sleep after travelling & should take your meals in 1F near the lobby. i love the coffee machine there & the drinks is free. Ladies floor is on 2F but unfortunately my room was on the 5F. So got to go to 2F to shower. But each floor has toilets seperated by gender. Just got no chance to enjoy the ladies spa (onsen) on the 1F near the lobby. Have to pay 300yen for bath towel. They gave me a face towel+tooth brush&paste in a plastic packaging and I can choose 1 free item (razor, cream, face mask and such) that they put near the counter. There`s ears plug as well for free. The room is not sound proof.
Nothing really cause it`s just worth the money. You get what you paid.

The location is extremely convient- barely a few minute's walk to Shin Imamiya station or to the Midosuji line, both of which can get you basically anywhere you need to go with minimum transfers. The staff at the hotel are really nice; in fact, when checking in, the gentleman was actually able to explain the facilities to me in English! I really appreciated this because my Japanese is still not very good. My room was clean, and the facilities were definitely maintained regularly throughout my stay. The lobby has a few vending machines, individual shower rooms that lock from the inside for a decent amount of privacy, and a female-only bathing area, though I chose not to use that one. I was pleasantly surprised that it even has coin laundry, just past the toilets on the first floor! The futon set up was also very comfortable on the tatami mats, and the AC was indeed a god-send in the summer heat. I grew up around train stations, so though I could definitely hear the noise from the station behind us it quickly faded into the background for me, and my floor-mates were extremely considerate of their noise level, so I barely heard a peep! I get the complaints about noise, personally it didn't bother me in the slightest (especially with the double-panes of glass on my window helping to block out outside noise). Maybe invest in some noise-cancelling earphones if other reviews have you worried. I'd also been led to believe by other reviews that there were only bathrooms on the first floor, but at least in Annex 2 there are toilets on every floor, it's just showers that are first floor exclusive. All in all, it had all of the facilities you might be looking for in a cheap stay, plus a few extra, plus a super-convenient location, plus extremely nice and helpful staff!
The hallways on my floor had a definite tobacco smell, which I don't think anything short of re-upholstering the whole thing will get rid of, such is tobacco. The smell did NOT extend to my room, which I am thankful to the cleaning staff for- that smell isn't easy to get out and I appreciate that it didn't follow me. The rooms are basically big enough for the futon, a suitcase, and not much else, which I didn't find particularly bothersome, though I can see why one would. Apart from that, no real complaints at all. You get what you pay for, maybe a bit more! I will probably be paying the extra money for private bathrooms from now on, but that's neither here nor there in terms of if the hotel is good or not.

The hotel itself is really lovely. Nice lobby and shared toilet and shower facilities. Staff were very helpful with explaining amenities and hotel info. Close to a few JR and metro stations and surrounded by plenty of fun places to drink, eat, shop and very easy to get to Namba and Osaka.
While the room was small it was quite comfy. I think the issue came from the air conditioner not being cleaned in a while or having a problem so the room got quite stuffy stale and that kind of electric smell very quickly and we had to have the windows open as much as we could. A really minor thing especially since we weren’t staying long or in our room for the whole days, but something to note.

3 minutes walk to JR line and metro Extremely polite service staff Everything was clean and tidy Close to convenience store and less than 10 minutes walk to Tenoji night-life Price was extremely cheap. For the price you get a room with beds, great if you don't plan to spend time in your room and want somewhere safe to leave your belongings while you explore and a bed to sleep in.

I like the location as it near the train station, perfect for my traveling plan. The room is small but it is ok for a night. It has refrigerator, a table, a lamp and a mattress. The receptionist (lady) is very kind and welcoming.
I don't like the smell of the mattress and the mat. The shower is one bathroom is difficult to adjust, or I didnt know how it worked.

The location is very handy for the train to Koyasan. The female only floor makes this hotel feel safer and they also have a female only hot tub, which I had to myself when I stayed. The rooms are clean, but quite compact, but you are provided with everything you need, including a bean bag seat.
Bring ear plugs as it is noisy. It's handy being close to the shower room and toilet, but it's also noisy, especially if people are drying their hair, and these rooms seem to be directly above the train station.

perfect structure in terms of services, well connected to most of the metro
the only flaw is the walls and doors are a little too thin and very often I hear people talking in the other rooms, however they give earplugs for this problem

It was big enough for just the one night that I needed. The location was great and close to the station and in a good neighborhood to walk around. Staff was kind and the shared bathrooms were nice and clean.
Very close to main road so a little noisy. Also VERY close to the station, could see the train pass right outside if back door was open.

It's a really nice hotel. Clean, it had everything, the toilets and shower rooms were really really good and it's very well located. We pay a really cheap price for such a good place.
