Amazing proximity for a USJ-based trip, Universal City was only one train stop away, 15 minute walk to park/convenience stores. Clean rooms and friendly and professional English-speaking staff. Provided pajamas and area was quiet.

Room itself was a little lacking in storage for two people on a two week trip, ended up keeping clothes in corners of room. Onsen at the hotel was not accommodate tattoos or provide covers, which I understand is the standard in Japan but I would assume that the hotel guests enough international visitors who may be interested in the experience.

The in site Buffett is excellent. The location is convenient to Universal Studios. The view from the room is gorgeous. The staff tried their best to communicate and help as we spoke little Japanese. The beds are comfortable.

We had walked into this hotel 2 years earlier to ask directions to our AirBNB & it looked so nice & the staff were so lovely we were sad we weren't staying there. So for this trip we were happy to see it was good value and booked. It is an easy 10-15min walk (or 1 stop on the train then 5 min walk or 8 min taxi) to Universal Studios Japan. It is luxurious, clean, comfortable and the staff go out of their way to ensure a great stay. We didn't get time to try restaurants or Hot Springs this trip - next time. You can book USJ tickets here. There a couple of small supermarkets (7Eleven, Lawsons) nearby. We were so glad we stayed.

The bus from airport to USJ no longer continues to the hotel, but this isn't the Hotel's fault. We got a cab with luggage to hotel and on the way back just walked. Free baggage storage at hotel or for 1500Yen you can get an extra large locker outside USJ gates to store bags in (if, like us, you are getting back on the bus after your day at USJ and don't want to have to go back to the hotel to pick up bags).

The hotel has incredible infrastructure, with spacious and extremely clean rooms, and the staff are very friendly. I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

The only downside is that while the hotel is very close to Universal Studios, it's quite far from the city center. So, if you're planning to explore the city, this might not be the ideal location.

It was very conveniently close to universal studios. It was really clean and the stuff was very friendly. There was a bean bag chair in our hotel room that the kids absolutely loved so much that we have to buy one now.

Having breakfast included would have been really nice as there is absolutely nothing close by to eat. The closest area is the universal studios, train station and the food there is not great. Beds were very narrow we upgraded to a bigger room but same bed size so didn't really help..

The rooms were exceptional especially as we were traveling with our family. Incredibly spacious coupled with a clever design.

As we were travelling to Osaka just for a few days and returning back to our hotel in Tokyo, only the adults had the passports. We almost didn't get to stay there as they require ALL individuals, regardless of whether with family or not, to have their passports. Found this quite disturbing given the hours of travel we just completed and that they could have contacted our hotel in Tokyo, where all our belongings still were - and confirmed our / childrens' details over the phone. Fortunately, after much unnecessary discussion and the fact that this was not outlined on the confirmed booking correspondence, we were settled into our beautiful room albeit, the enthusiasm was lost by this time.

Everything, genuinely the nicest place I've stayed at. There were so many amenities, including pyjamas and slippers!! The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfy, the bathroom was lovely, lots of toiletries i.e. toothbrush, healing mask, razors .. it truly was a lush hotel! Staff were so kind and friendly and there was a beautiful view overlooking universal and the river. Faultless. If you're staying here for Universal it's a really easy 15 minute walk to the ticket gate, it's worth that little tiny extra walk for the stay!! You can stop by 7-eleven along the way and grab snacks/drinks for the day, highly highly recommend.

I love the location where it is just 2 mins walk from the nearest train station, and its only 1 station away from Universal Studio Japan. If you are planning to visit USJ, highly recommend you spend a 3 days 2 nights in this hotel. Your travel mode via train will be against the usual traffic, hence not congested at all. The hotel also has onsen, which is a perfect way to end the night / start the day. They have 7-11 & Lawson within 10 mins walk away. I have encountered some personal issue during my stay, and the staff has been a wonderful help and assisted to solve my problem, making the overall experience even perfect! kudos! Room size was comfortable with a view, bed was comfy and clean. Will definitely visit again!

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. Everything was perfect!

The moment you step into the hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming! The laundry room is easily located and the Public Bath is awesome! We booked this hotel so its near to Universal studio and didn't expect we received so much more.

Basically, everything is awesome! We don't have the time to enjoy a good breakfast at their breakfast buffet. I am sure it offers quality food with the price.

The location is perfect. One station away from the USJ and the train comes every 15 minutes or so. And since the train station (Sakurajima) is at the end of the line, the train is always nearly empty. Feels like the whole train was ours.

Cleanliness is quite an issue, especially in the bathroom. I was planning to go bathtubbing but didn't feel like it once I noticed dust accumulated a lot on the exhaust fan on top of the bathtub. Also right in front of the mirror, there were 2 hanging lamps at my eye level and they were dusty. My wife is allergic to dust and she sneezed not too long after she was lying down on the bed after shower. Even though there was a purifier in the room, it seemed not too helpful as she had to put a mask on while sleeping.
