Extremely close by the nearest train station and also features a 711 just block outback from the hotel. Perfect, if you need a midway point going from both the index hall just South and Central Osaka.

Hauling a lot of luggage, Granted, the train station is close by. There's no escalators for the train station. If you have someone who has trouble walking or going upstairs, I would probably not recommend it.

We booked this place last minute after we spent the day at Universal studios… given the price and the distance, we thought it was a steal. Good if you want to do an overnight or two to be near USJ and not having to pay USJ hotel prices… the taxi cost us 2500 yen to get, as there a toll free for crossing the bridge.

Nothing. Very basic and that was good enough for what we needed.

The location of this hotel is very good. I especially enjoyed the the amenities corner where you can avail of free toiletries. The staff are also very helpful and accomodating. There are so many convenience stores around it if you feel like having something to eat late at night.

Room quite cramp. Typical of hotels in big city Japan.

The hotel was conveniently near a train station. There’s also a 7/11 and family mart nearby. You can also grab as many amenities you need at the front desk.

Location was good, close to the station, just thought it would be a little bit closer to USJ, also my credit card did not pass through, which in Japan is the only hotel this happened.

Breakfast menu had no western options. Not what we expected. Not too many food and drink options available.

Comfortable hotel and space.

Advertised as close to Universal Studios Japan but this is only beneficial if using private vehicle or expensive taxis. No easy walking route to Universal Studios and requires three trains to get to Universal Studios via public transport.

Good location to UJS just 2000-3000yen by 10min taxi and very nice staff. My child accidentally vomited on the bed and staff gave us extra help at night and cleaned all the messy without penalty.

Air condition too loud and no restaurant inside.

It was very close to the Aquarium and to the port area. You can take a free ferry ride to USJ every half an hour. But if you decide to go there by train you will need to make 2 transfers. Half an hour ride to US by train.

Location was excellent, chose to stay based on its proximity to Universal Studios Japan; it was excellent. A quick 10 minute walk to the ferry in the morning and 20 more minutes walking to make it to the main entrance. Definitely recommend this property for visits to Universal Studios Japan

The pillow was my only dislike. It was not soft. Literally everything else was great
