Convenient location near the Shin-Osaka Sta. (stop of the Shinkansen trains), convenient and fast connection to both the international airport KIX by train and to the domestic airport Itami by bus. Also close to the Umeda area (downtown) by the Midosuji subway line. I also recommend to go to the Kiraku restaurant on the top floor of the APA Ekimae hotel next door, a fantastic view awaits you there and it is not only for hotel guests. Convenience stores nearby (FamilyMart, Lawson).

Nothing much to complain about. Small size of the rooms, yet, that's to be expected in Japan, you wouldn't expect large rooms in New York or London either. Breakfast for 1,000 Yen: While that is comparatively cheap, you can have a full and decent meal for less than that at nearby restaurants (I quite often went to the Yayoi instead, a 3 min walk).

Convenient location very close to Shin-Osaka train station. I stayed here and visited Kyoto for daily trips. The room is typically small but comfortable enough to wind down after a long day of walking. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and good sound-proofing.

- Breakfast was average, only available until 9:30 and mostly catering to Asian customers but they did have some croissants and small bread with jam in Western style. Very small cups for coffee - I had to come back for coffee at least three times to have enough. - The floor in my room seemed very dirty when I arrived, not properly cleaned with old stains. After a complained about it at the reception, they sent a worker who just sprayed it with water and wiped with a small cloth. This was a joke to me but I didn't say anything - I cleaned it myself properly with their bath towel. - My room wasn't cleaned in 6 days even though I left a note downstairs - I couldn't believe it.

The hotel was nice and the room comfortable. It was very conveniently located to reach the Shin Osaka train station and the metro stop was also nearby.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with the personnel assigning tables and people queuing up to fill their trays without much order. Being in the second building, reaching the breakfast room was a bit of a journey. The food assortment wasn't that great either.

the facilities are superb! Near mrt and shinkansen so it is good for city tour and nearby town using the bullet train like Nara, Kober, tokyo etc. the staff are great and can speak english and very kind.

we had a hardtime at first finding the place from tokyo station because there is no much street name and pointers. however, after finding it on the first day, the rest of the experience are great! i will surely comeback here.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to shin osaka station. It's clean, bright, and seems new! The room was very nice and quiet. The staff was lovely and the breakfast had a good choice, including vegetarian options.

The check out is a bit early. My room was a double bed room I had booked for 1 person, but it was available for 2 people as well. I needed to change my reservation for 2 people but they made me pay a really high fee, almost the same I paid for one person only. In booking this would have been a very small difference... That was annoying! Anyway, I would stay here again as it is a lovely hotel!

The location was extremely convenient for travel to all over Kansai thanks to the proximity of Shin-Osaka Station. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and functioned great, and the laundry machines near the lobby worked well. And very reasonable prices to top it off. All-round first-rate recommendation for any solo/pair travelers seeking to travel in Osaka or the wider Kansai region.

Sometimes the 2 laundry machines were hard to find empty, but hey - a tiny quibble.

Great place to stay. Great location, close to metro and JR station so transport is not an issue. Close to multiple convenience stores and food places. Close to places to take a stroll or a walk. The only, very, very little and personal issue - the pillows were not to my liking, but I'm used to enormous and very soft pillows. However I got used to them quickly. Also, I never asked whether it's possible to replace them, so I can't really blame the hotel.

The room was clean and comforrable. Breakfast was good with several options that would please both local and international travelers. The hotel was a five minute walk to shin-osaka station, making it very convenient to travel around osaka and to kyoto. Overall, we would stay here again.

Location was a decent walk away from Shin-Osaka station, bed was big with lots of pillows, manga selection was extensive

The bathroom door had some marks, no cleaning of my room was done despite having stayed for a week, the clothes dryer doesn't work all that well, the free space on the 2nd floor should be open a little later

the location is beautiful. It is very close to the metro and you can easily reach every part of the city without using a taxi. Besides, restaurants and markets are very close to the hotel. Staff are very kind and helpful.

pillows were uncomfortable. breakfast is not very rich for those coming from europe.
