I've stayed in this hotel before so I knew in advance what I was booking. I particularly like it's location due to it's proximity to the Shin-Osaka station, which saves a lot of time when you arrive or depart the city or just go on a daytrip from Osaka and back like I did. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and you have your privacy. Just don't expect nice views (the hotel is surrounded by blocks) or too much space. It covers all the basic needs for a solo travel so I would always check in here when/if I'm in Osaka again!

The staffs were friendly and helpful, we asked them to storage our luggages for few hours before and after our time, that's super nice. The room was clean and big enough for three of us, we had 2 luggages per person to spread around. The hotel gives you the old-school aesthetic with the colour combination, interior, and furniture. It's super close from the station!

We didn't know that you need to pick your own room amenities, such as toothbrush, at the front desk. We're check-in super late so maybe we're also super tired to notice. We only noticed when check-out.

The staff were polite, they clean your room every other day, good WiFi, and Shin-Osaka station is right across the street.

We booked a smoking room, so the smell of smoke is too be expected. However the scent was quite present even in the bed sheets. Another thing to note is they require you to return your key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel which I thought was a little odd. They say it's for security reasons and they supposedly lock the building past midnight, so you will have to call them to let you in if you come past that time.

This hotel is right across the street from Shin-Osaka Station East Gate. Great location!! Staff were good. Didn't really use any facilities as we were out a lot. Great value for the money spent. In-room foot/leg massagers were a real nice treat after long days of walking. Rooms were smallish but very nice. I'd stay here again.

One room the bathroom set-up was not the best. Because of the layout, people are forced to wash in the tub and when the jets are activated a bunch of undesirable matter came floating up while I was trying to relax. This was very uncharacteristic for Japan. Not very sanitary. Another minor thing: the other, more expensive room was quite tight. We had to move the double bed from the wall so we didn't have to crawl over each other to get out of bed.

space aside the beds could have been a little larger for suitcases.

The location was close to the Shin Osaka Station (walking distance) and a luggage transfer service (Yamoto Ltd. Kuro Neko) was nearby. Staff was great at holding our luggage for us until we could check in. Good spot if you are only staying in Osaka for a night or two.

Didn't realize I booked a smoking room. It was hard to sleep with the smoke smell. Be sure to book a non-smoking room.

Location was excellent. Very close to a main station from where we ventured to different areas including Kyoto and Nara as well as other areas of Osaka.

Although we booked smoking rooms (which were the only ones left), we didn't expect the smell to linger in one of the rooms for a long time even after deodorising.

Breakfast was outstanding with several fresh healthy options to select. The location was indeed prime as it was basically next to the main train station. Very nice!

It would have been even better if this hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink bar including coffee, tea, and water. Thank you.

The hotel is so near the station. It's actually at the back but there's a back entrance, with a nearby convenience store. The room is quite big with a generous amount of towels and slippers. We really liked the shampoo and conditioner they have. I wonder what brand that was.

The shower area is elevated so you have to be careful lest you slip. There were also stains on the bathroom door which need to be cleaned.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed in the room is big and comfortable, the location of the hotel is superb - literally just opposite the Shin-Osaka railway station. Also good Wi-Fi

The rooms are very small, you barely have space for luggage. But then again it's a single room and for a night or two it's no big deal
