The hotel is located very close to a train station, only a few minutes walking. The room itself was nice but has a bit of a 90's feeling. Staff was friendly, they had some limited English proficiency, enough for check-in and check-out. There is a large convenience store located near the entrance of the hotel building.

The front case of the soap dispenser in the bathroom kept falling off when trying to use it. The amount of shops & restaurants within 15M walking of the hotel itself is quite limited, but there are several hotel restaurants you can visit, and you can get to other parts of Osaka rather quickly thanks to the close location to the train station if necessary.

My group and I always stay here when in Osaka. Because when landing at Kansai Airport, take the Haruka express, it will stop here for Osaka. Also when taking the shinkansen from Tokyo, we will stop at Shin Osaka. So dragging your luggage doesn't need to change stations anymore. The lobby is quite wide. We got a surprise of an upgrade to a twin room. Thank you. The rooms are big enough. And an affordable cost We came and the room key was ready. The checkin process went fast. Really helpful. The restaurant on the 23rd floor also serves a variety of foods. For us as a muslims it will be great

Maybe the interior style and colors are getting old. Need refreshment

I was very grateful to be assigned a room with a good view. I liked that it was acceptable to make a bit of noise, even though the soundproofing wasn't quite as good as I would have hoped.

I didn't know if the status of the coin washing machines was visible from my room's TV, so it was very frustrating trying to do washing and repeatedly find the machines occupied. I lost sleep time several nights trying to work around doing washing.

Room was great! spacious and had enough space to unpack my luggage and sort things out. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Easy access to a conbini nearby and to the Shin-Osaka station which has a lot of shops and restaurants to explore.

While it's location to Shin-Osaka is great, it is some distance away from Dotonbori and Osaka itself. Note especially if you use the JR Pass, there are not real easy ways to get to Dotonbori using the JR lines. So you're going to have to rely on subways and metros instead. It's not the biggest issue, but if you like to stay out late in the busy areas, do take note!

The room was suitable for 1 person, small but comfortable. I got a window that overlook the osaka city. I even able to spot umeda sky building from my window. The view was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet was spotless and bidet is something you can only get in japan. Really pleasant room for a short stay.

It was not so near the shin osaka station. Big station with a lot of entrance might confuse you on which exit to use to get to the hotel. Need to walk a little bit but the route was safe.

We have been to Osaka 4 times and we always stay at this hotel. We use Osaka as our base to travel on day trips to cities in the south. It’s very close to shin Osaka station which is ideal for catching the bullet train.

It’s very near the Shin Osaka station, you can be walk to the station like 5 mins The downstairs is Lawson convince store you can buy your very needs there like walking 3 mins at lobby They have a very eco friendly environment plan, when you stay you can take your toothbrush or shaver on the front desk

This was an awesome place. Super close to the Shin Osaka station with a Lawson just downstairs. The Rooms were a bit bigger than what we had in Tokyo for example.

Loved proximity to a station and convenience stores. Restaurant on top floor is amazing for views of city both day and night. Front desk staff helpful and had adequate English.

BreaKfast very Japanese. Not many Western choices. No smart tv in room.

Very clean and the buffet breakfast is good. Very convenuent as it is near the Shin Osaka Station.

Room a bit small but good enough for 2pax for a short stay. Good to provide some sofa at the registration area. and some instant coffee packets and mineral water in guest rooms. Thank you.
