The location was excellent, just a stone throw away from the Namba station and the famous shopping street Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Food choices are plentiful and there is a Family Mart just downstairs. The room is clean and modern and has all the required amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the in-house breakfast provided in the 1st floor restaurant - although the food offerings are somewhat limited, it is sufficient to start off your day.

It would be nice if the room was more spacious as it was cramped even for a solo traveller. The hotel has a laundry room with 3 machines that are always occupied even in the wee hours of the morning. Therefore, it is really a challenge to do laundry and there are no other coin laundry services nearby. The hotel should consider increasing the number of machines given the high demand.

The location of the property is excellent as it is right outside an entrance to Namba Station, which makes getting to the hotel or going to Kansai International Airport quite easy. There is also a FamilyMart konbini right beside the property which is very useful for buying things late at night when most places may have been closed already. I appreciated the staff showing me how to perform the self check-in, which made the whole process very convenient. Additionally, they were also able to receive my forwarded luggage from my previous hotel in Tokyo, which is much appreciated. The multiple USB sockets in the hotel room are also welcome as well.

I did already expect small rooms by Japanese room standards, but I did not anticipate that the room was still a little smaller than expected, such that I did had some difficulty trying to open up my luggage at first. The bigger bed is actually welcome, but the trade off is that I had less space to put my things or luggage on the floor. There are also laundry machines available on the hotel lobby floor. Unfortunately, I was not able to use it during my stay as it always seemed to be busy or under use whenever I went to the machines.

The location was fabulous and the fact that there is a family mart downstairs was simply amazing!!!! You can also get the bus ticket to airport from the family mart! The bus stop is right in front of the hotel! Otherwise, room is great! Location is fantastic and service is excellent!

there are only 3 coin Landry machines and we had to queue for a long time.

Location was lovely, just outside of an Exit of NAMBA Station. Walking distance to Dotonbori and other key areas in Osaka, Services were very good, laundry, amenities, and the room was tidy and clean.

Troubles communicating with the staff (I guess) and management of "special" (?) requests. In 99% of hotel rooms where I have been, a room for 2 is equipped with 4 pillows. This one had two pillows only, I asked for two more as they were very thin and I was told I could not have more than one additional pillow -.-' I tried twice and got the same answer, I'm not sure if this is a policy (which is weird because in the same chain in Kyoto was not like that). Overall it's a small thing, but asking for a Pillow in an hotel seems pretty standard to me...

Very convenient location. Near train station and shopping plus food street.

Room is abit small. Should advise customer with luggages, if coming by train, to go up by exit 5 which has an escalator rather than saying the nearest is exit 7 which have many staircase.

Amazing location. Less than 2 minutes walk from exit 5 on the subway. Very handy when you have bags. The Family Mart is right next to the Hotel entrance and is also very handy. Very close to loads of restaurants. The rooms had everything you needed with other amenities available in the lobby. Great shower, with great quality bodywash, shampoo etc.

I understand Japanese rooms are very small, and as this one didn't have underbed storage for your suitcases, or draws to put clothes in, it made it a bit tricky as we were there for a week. Only 2 pillows are provided, which was unusual.

Right in the middle of the Namba area, you have quick access to a very lively part of Osaka: bars, food, shopping... plus the Namba station is literally right there. The check-in / check-out process is very quick and easy.

This was the only hotel in our itinerary that didn't offer Yamato Luggage service directly at the front desk. The rooms are indeed very small as others have reviewed. The breakfast is very expensive compared to other hotels we've stayed at throughout the country, and while there's a lot of choice, the food quality isn't the best

Hotel is located to many convenient stores, train station entrances (esp straight to Nankai Osaka line) without the need to pull the heavy luggages up & down the stares. Exit 6 from train station will let you get to the hotel within a min. Very near to shopping district & Dontoburi. I love the offers/amenities they offered at lobby. From sachets of cleansing oils/lotions/teas, toothbrush, comb, beverages to even electric devices such as curling iron, steamer & also shoe dryers. There’s air purifier available in the room as well. Bed is comfortable but prefer more pillows. Room is just great for a solo traveller. I understand why couple will find it extremely squeezey esp with 2 luggages will be a challenge to stay in. Staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Lobby is at level 2 with 3 washing machines facilities, microwave & 2 vending machines.

Location is very good - very close to Namba station, but not so much that it`s too crowded or noisy. Within walking distance to Dotonbori, den den town and if you are in the mood, to Shinsekai market region. There is also a Family Mart on the ground level, which was very convenient! Another great surprise was that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to Itami airport, so it was perfect for us! Everything else was pretty much standard for a hotel in japan: clean rooms, good amenities, comfortable beds. Value for money is good considering location, but there is nothing that jumps out in terms of experience. Had very little interaction with staff and did not have any meals.
